I dont understand... the same male record has much more specific constraints: full extension of the arm and full flexion.
why apply different rules for women?
@Avisha M then they should add "child" on the title and precision about the rules. there is no "IDK". it's a world record recorded by the guinness world book ! as such, it is essential to be as rigorous as possible. a punch in perfect extension has nothing to do with a punch without extension. it does not matter if it is a man, a woman, a child or a blue elephant, a record must be recorded with precision. imagine if tomorrow on a 200m butterfly, one of the participants wins by crawling. nobody is going to say "idk", on the contrary everyone will say "it's cheating" ! once again I don't care whether it's a woman or a child, I'm just highlighting the error of giving the same name for a record that does not apply the same rules.
the correct name for this record should be "Most punches without complete extension in one minute (female or child, i dont know the age of the participant)"
