The "truth" about take that?!So tell me why didn't they show the truth?Nigel is a terrible manager! And I hate him as much as I can cause TT are the most important guys in my live!
I dunno. Nigel and Gary certainly still looked chummy when they met up for the When Corden met Barlow documentary and it was Nigel that organised the reunion but had to bow out after Robbie said he wouldn't even do the ITV special if he was involved. I'm guessing only Robbie had any real issues with him. At very least he and and Gary seem to be very close.
Gary and Nigel are 'chummy' because Nigel needed him. And paid no interest to Robbie, who needed more care etc. as he was youngest. So I would be annoyed too if I were robbie
What Nigel did with Take That is the stuff that Rock Legends & Stories are made of. Edgardo Diaz did it with Menudo (The Group that Ricky Martin had to audition Three Times to be in) who cheated his proteges many of which came from Poor Families. Lou Pearlman did it with N'Sync, The Backstreet Boys, O-Town, as well as his lesser successful Bands C Note, US5. Chris Stokes the King of The Black Boy Bands (as he described himself as) launched the Careers of B2K and to this day the Group won't talk to each other.
I suppose he didn't know what he was getting himself into! Still, I think he had a choice. Just not a looking glass to see what would happen in 5-6 years.
@@moodyblues1273 Robbie had a fatherly figure: Peter "Conwey" Williams. Robbie had to thank him because Peter was the one to suggest to him to stay in Take That because after few weeks Robbie was already fed up. Robbie has always been undisciplined and painfully lazy from the start. Nigel and Gary made mistakes but Robbie is neither innocent nor a victim. Plus, he has never wanted to listen to anybody.
Robbie himself said that before TT he already had experiences with drugs (LSD, weed...).

In Gary's book, he says that Jason and Robbie were the ones to always be at the receiving end of Nigel's anger.

I don't care a whit about Nigel, but love all the members of Take That, they were and still are the talent.

Please anybody where can I listen to the full “You're my kind of Girl” song?
It isn't any wonder that Robbie started boozing and taking drugs. Put in a band at 15 and worked off your arse 24/7 would drive anyone crazy.

Robbie, I think was too young, immature - no fatherly figure then in his life. When he looked up to Gary and Nigel, he was ignored and put down.
