@@TimLeeLetsGo the Hyatt, Marriott, and Hilton hotels in mainland China have got the most surreal buffets going on. Tim you are stud for pickin this location out but this buffet really dropped the ball. Also, just lots of not kosher food items which doesn’t work for me.

I was surprised that almost every serving plate was empty - it looks like Tim got the last bite from each plate! Very surprising presentation. Where is the omotenashi?
I was a bit surprised too. I went around 630 which I did not think it was too late for dinner. The table and dining room services were great, but yeah, it was lacking on the food side of things.
I have to agree with you on this buffet Tim. The view was gorgeous, but the buffet itself was just okay. At $90 per person, I was hoping for some lobster 😬 Nonetheless, thank you for taking us along 😄

Hey Tim, Nihon yokoso!! Welcome!! Didn`t think you would make it out here. If you make it to Tokyo, I would recommend Shamim. It`s an Israeli restaurant in Ekoda - a couple stops from Ikebukuro on the Seibu Ikebukuro line - with an all-you can eat option (3400yen) It may not be video worthy, but it is a quaint joint with decent food. As I only live like 8 stations away in the other direction it is a go to for me. And it might be a nice change from hotel buffets!!

Do you mean prosciutto? Tim said it was Spanish ham which would be Iberico or Serrano. Prosciutto is an Italian ham. All three of these are uncooked, unsmoked, dry-cured ham from the upper leg of the pork. No pork belly here. Also, salmon is far from the cheapest fish on the market. I come from British Columbia Canada where we have tons of salmon. It's not even the cheapest here.
I was a bit surprised as well because this is from one of the higher end hotels. The service from the staff was kind of the saving grace. Generally the kitchen typically replenishes items relatively quickly so that one can catch it on the next round. This didn’t happen here unfortunately. Tim: buffet with kind of slim pickings! Old & dry fish with hard duck is not a nice $90 deal! The desserts were good but could not make up for a ¥129,000 bill!
It was quite a surprise, and I was expecting a little more from a higher end Hilton establishment… happy to say that the food and buffets get better and better in Japan.
I think the beef make the price, very expensive wagu style, melt in the mouth
I think you might be right… I neglect to consider how expensive beef and salmon may be in Japan
Food is so sad there he had to eat bread and potatoes repeatedly.😂
Thank you for sharing your video. The buffet is not look that good.😂
While the views were amazing, it was just lacking a bit
