This hatred of Gulls is irrational .They are very rare unlike the porkers stuffing their faces. Their feeding areas have been ruined by over fishing .I say feed the Gulls.I notice there are signs Demonizing the Gulls but I have witnessed no serious damage by them unlike the multiple incidents of dog bites I have seen.If it really is a Peregrine it is a welcome miracle.
