This was super helpful! How does shoulder movement relate to basic steps? I assume: stepping forward with left foot right shoulder comes forward and vice versa. Thanks again!

Bro i can see you have many valuable information about Salsa. I just started 3 weeks ago and your videos are great. Nonetheless, I think you should slow down a little bit. It's hard for me to keep up with you as a beginner.
lol you shoulda seen me slowing the video down and speeding it up coz i couldn't understand what you were saying when its slow, then slow then fast ..
and i have a suggestion, why don't you dedicate a playlist for beginners?
other than that, i think you're great, and i'd like to thank you for your content and dedication

How about hip movements for guys. I know a lot of non-Latin guys who are frozen in their hips (I teach social dancing to seniors). Any tips?

Good video. One bit of feedback, you have videos of you shoulders but no legs. And of your legs but no shoulders. But none of both your legs and shoulders at the same time, it's not clear to me how they should sync. So much so I'm not sure how to practice it.
