👉 What's supposed to be planned is having 1,000 troops on standby BEFORE the hurricane starts. Getting people out BEFORE the rains started should've been paramount. That's literally what evacuation is 🤡🤡 If people feel like they don't want to leave, have a list so you know where they are BEFOREHAND. You can still have your right to make sure your property is safe, but have precautions in place for yourself, your family, anyone you know staying behind, and the animals.
Why has the Military not been sent in to repair roads and bridges?! The US Military has more heavy equipment than anyone in the world. They have divisions that literally specialize in building roads and bridges in difficult and hard to reach areas. Don’t tell me we don’t do that anymore🤦🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️?! Google Seabees. Send them to North Carolina and East Tennessee!!!
The geography around Asheville is a prime enemy for now. I used to be a long haul driver that worked though that area, and even in good weather, the damage is magnified by geography

Instead of make sure people were being rescued and getting needed supplies, they had to make a podium from bricks of a destroyed building for Trump’s press conference.
