Why does the audio completely cut out at 25:16 - 25:28?? In the podcast only version its completely removed, but here we see Lauryns reaction!!

the ending should’ve been the introduction, it was hard listening to her traumatic experience and then listen to you ask about her skincare... like... read the room. & lauryn, the madonna whore syndrome point was unnecessary.. micheal gracefully saved that convo. anyway great video, thank you Amber for sharing

Love this episode, Amber is so lovely and strong. I also love that she politely didn't speak of certain topics

The lack of any insight or respect that Michael or Lauren have for what an attending level physician has to get through is embarrassing and telling of how little the both of them understand of a professional career. Cedars Sinai (along with every other top hospital, Mass Gen, Cleveland Clinic, Baylor, NYU, etc) are all TEACHING hospitals. This means that you are going to the best centers in the country and acknowledging that will likely come across a trainee. A trainee has graduated medical school (ie: they’re all doctors at this point).. and in residency, fellowship or even a subfellowship - to put in layman’s terms, this means that they’ve already been out of Med school for at least 3+ years. These trainees are the ones who keep the hospital running at any point in the day, running code blues, responding to critical calls, and yes, performing emergent procedures. This type of dialogue that Michael is spewing is a sad reason for physician burnout and a pending collapse of the current healthcare system due to public distrust due to misinformation.
Kudos to Amber for taking the high road and not stooping to insults but handling it with grace, understanding and even thankfulness. Been following Amber since her pregnancy.
To all the listener, please be careful of who you are being “influenced” by.

This is so traumatic! I was 23 in a 6 year relationship, he worked away and my waters broke at 32 weeks! She was in the NICU I couldn't see her due to the level 4 lockdown in NZ! Our relationship was so good! But then I too was hit like a truck when he left me with an 11 week old baby for another woman and her 3 year old, 10 months earlier had bought land was about to build our dream home, got our doggo, I Was devasted! I bought a caravan and travelled my country for the last year! I had to heal! I wrote a book, started a business that I had to leave so I could be present with my baby but I went for it! It's been almost 19 months now and social media also helped me got through it too! But I could not even imagine all you have experienced! You are incredible! Your son is so blessed to have you!

Hi Lauryn and Michael! LOVE you guys. Lauryn, if you have ever got laser hair removal can you talk about it on the podcast? I just turned 21 and I want a brazilian laser SOOO bad but I am nervous there's a chance it will effect my fertility. I have looked it up everywhere and it says there is no effect on fertility because it only reaches the layer of your skin, but I feel like you guys often have other perspectives than a regular internet search. Thank you
