Sir in question 4 there will be (+ve) sign but you take negative.
If the sign is positive then it is non inverting.
Is that ok.

If 10 k is inside the vertical short, 10k becomes zero with 0 current but it is outside the terminal hence R=10+10 =20k

Agar hum Op amp 741 IC ki bat kare to ise 5V to 18 V tak ka DC power supply diya Jaa sakta hai. Lekin transformer ka output AC hota hai. Agar tum regulated power supply bana lete ho to chala sakte ho.
