I am in Texas, king of the 45' roof and huge attics.
I have a Diamond VHF/UHF antenna and was wondering how much performance might be affected if I put the antenna in the attic above my office/ham shack. I can elevate it up above all the ducting and wire, and make it permanent and have a relatively short coax run to my radio.
I have found that for the money it's hard to beat a Diamond X300-A
