And in the eleventh chapter it says: The way will be paved for the Assyrians to return to Judaism. The Prophet was mostly disappointed with the Assyrians for leaving KhaShem and Judaism , but here he seems to throw out his arms with a mixture of disappointment and hope and say: Well let them go KhaShem has given them free will after all, but one day they will return - To all Assyrians: let that day be today!
