Weston Park 2017

A rare glimpse of my ugly mug!
I only managed to go on the Friday because I got 2nd degree burns and sunstroke from the Friday. Did I take sunblock? Did I bollocks, I'm a bloke and I know best!
Anyway, here's the best parts of Friday. I really need a camcorder with a viewfinder because it's virtually impossible to track anything that's more than 100ft away and anything over 50mph. The footage you see is probably 5% of what I recorded, the rest of it is just sky and my feet :-)

I was worried that my car would get blocked in. Luckily, the field is so big that 500 cars and trucks only covered half of it :-)

Mate - as someone once said to me "You've got the perfect face .... for radio" :) I jest of course ! Yes - you should definitely appear more on video - helps to put a face to a voice - literally !

Wow. No sun screen must have been brutal. I was applying factor 30 about every 20 minutes for 6 hours, and it really did the job.

I went on the Friday when it was quite cold. I did take sun block but I honestly didn't think I needed it.
