A really good item for this challenge is brimstone as "missing" with it doesn't trigger a hit, thus making the challenge trivia (really helped me complete this one)
I dont know why my ahh brain thought that missing gives you damage up and hitting an enemy gives you damage down from the thumbnail. Maybe a decent challenge tho :p
If it wasn't for the fact you would shoot the chocolate milk shot early, you could have used the Decap Attack as a weapon since the head does contact damage.
What an strait up unfair challenge idea this could be... Just the Same chall but you have Godhead and Poly for bigger aura dmg ( and something to Force you take dmg ups or your dmg will get bigger over time ) And also no Homing... Why would you of course Idk why i want to make this more interesting... This is more than Evil

I beat this challenge solely by using the toxic aura item and little harbingers. Felt pretty good when i beat it with that combo
I was struggling with this challenge until I managed to get Mom's Knife in the item room which completely broke and trivialized the challenge

Just get a no cooldown active for aprils fool(it does random effects including mega mush/blast)
