Okay can I just say how BRILLIANT this is? Absolutely brilliant! The quick flashes from 0:04-0:22 that overlayed w/ their confrontation scene in the Fortress was...heartbreaking yet so GOOD!!! It made for a powerful impact and parallels back to the very title of this edit, "Falling for a lie" because in Lena's eyes and in her mind, she fell for a lie and now every moment they shared feels tainted due to those lies. Ironically it parallels to their first meeting in 2x01 when Kara said "I'm not a reporter" to which Lena replied w/ "You could've fooled me". That carries a deeper meaning now. However what she doesn't know is that from Kara's end, not everything was a lie between them. She may have lied about her identity but their friendship, every moment they shared, the promises she made to Lena and the unwavering love and acceptance she has for her...that was all genuine. But yeah this is beautifully edited!
