  • Step into musical innovation with the legendary Bob Taylor, celebrated for his 50 years of refined guitar making, woodworking, and passion for pleasing sound. When Bob decided to craft an acoustic amplifier from tonewoods unsuitable for guitars, he gathered a team of experts-Terry Myers, Tyler Robertson, and David Judd-to bring his vision to life. Ideas flowed like sawdust in Bob's workshop, resulting in the birth of the extraordinary Circa 74 Amp.
This state-of-the-art amp transcends the ordinary-your ticket to a seamless performance.

A demo with a clean, dry setup (no pedals, ...), the guitar directly into the amp, would be a better idea. When you use pedals, the result says nothing. And if you ask me: it is the guitar that makes the sound, the amp should not alter that and be neutral, flat.

Hello. Bother you with a question: what models of guitars do you recommende witch has the price between 2000€-3000€. I would prefer it to be the model cutaway. Guitars electro-acustic

  • @joedzekevich2407

Question: Does the XLR mic input have phantom power?

  • @steby123

What sort of performer would have the amplifier facing the acoustic electric guitar from less than four feet away? Answer; one who likes feedback, are there notching or feedback controls on the amp?????

  • @m.childinflorence1760

Sounds like a solid state electric amp in the demo. Must be aimed at those who want that sound from their acoustic. Pass for me. But looks great.

  • @STRUMMERBOY1975

Good looking Amp...but Your advertisement show us very little about the Amp's sound....

  • @romanjones6124

    only for hipsters?

  • @mlewmisc

That pickup is painful to listen to -- otherwise, its cool to see Taylor branching out with a new product

  • @user-fm7om5vz6v

Taylor owned by the workers decides to make make these in China? Sad

  • @tommc49

Too much other sound going on the determine what the amp actually sounds like. Should just have guitar straight to amp, no pedals. Is that stand attached? Not very practical for transporting.

  • @rmzzz76

Love how it looks, except for that big Circ 74 logo on the case. I get the need to brand, but for high-end products I expect discrete and the product's striking looks alone let people know what it is. Also like Taylor's marketing approach on this. Not over the top and not even Taylor branded. I'm not a fan of Taylor Guitars, they are great for some people, it's just a matter of them not being a good fit for me, but this amp may be a great fit for me.

  • @tacdoc8736

They look nice. It's unfortunate that you chose to have them manufactured in China. Serious players would've paid for high quality US labor. Hard pass unless there's a US made line in the future.

  • @dividedbytimestudios

I’m sure that’s a super cool amp, but the ES2 pickup makes it sound awful,

  • @davidpatrick1813

    Terrible!

  • @deborahmcalister3936

Sucks! Best acoustic amp I found was a Mesa Boogie Rosette. Since Bob Taylor sold Taylor, Taylor just throws anything out there to see what sticks so they can take your money!
