Just tried contractor yesterday..
Didnt really know how the baton worked, just expected it needed two hits to stun a person for a good time..
I hit them once and they fall right away
Me: Ehhh what?!
They get up immediately and shove me, i drop the baton
Me: what the fuck is going oon?!
I pick up the baton and try to hit my target, but apparently on harm intent it doesnt fucking stun.
End up being shoved and beaten to death by my own baton.

Unrelated to a video question - can you create toxins in ss13 that forceable changes gender and/or race? Like mixing something that forceably converts people into catgirls.
You can use the machines in genetics to copy a cat person and turn your victim into them, then use surgery to change their gender and face, then use a razor to change their hair style. I believe there are also ways to change hair color. Also you can use surgery to put tails and ears onto people.
I think you probably could make a gender swapping grenade using xenobio, but specifically turning someone into a catgirl I don't know anything about.

this is a year late but you can make charged black slimes by feeding black slimes ten yellow slime extracts and adding plasma to the result
the only thing is, you can't forcibly make someone use it and the race they turn into is completely random. which means they (or you, if you use it) can 100% turn into plasmamen and combust on the spot and die horribly
but it is fun to roll up to the HoP line with some non-crew organic that used to be a golem to ask them to give your son/daughter/whatever a job. or i find it fun. shrug emoji
alternatively you remove the cat ears and tail from some poor felinid or their soulless corpse and surgically attach them to your restrained and unwilling patient. you can find extra ears and tails in the cat doctor space ruin if you don't have soulless felinid corpses sitting around :)
