- Whatever the age, everybody loves rice crackers in Japan. So do I, of course. And while there is a lot of choice within reach over there, it can be trickier overseas. So have yourself some homemade ones! Please try them out!

Ingredients :
- 70g glutinous rice flour
- 45g rice flour
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 130ml water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tbsp sugar
- some nori seaweed
My favorite treat, the other ingredient fpr the sauce that some people add is sesame oil or seeds and msg which some say is bad but I use it. Great work on the video! Thank you
It's look delicious
Do you need to use glutinous rice flour for this?
I prefer to use glutinous rice flour for the texture..
Okay thank you
What's the difference between cooking them in a pan or in the oven?
Hello, the texture is a little different and not much. Just wanted to show 2 ways :)
Hi i always love your videos! Is there any different between arare and okaki?
Hello, thank you! I think it is depend on the size. Small one, we usually call arare (about less than 5cm..) and the bigger one is called Okaki😀
Hi, why need to put microwave? How do I do it without microwave?
Hello, if you don't want to use microwave, you can also cook in a cooking pot. Here the link how to cook mochi with a cooking pot.
