Sir kindly is ka baad ka process b btaen Power Mill sa related i mean please design a product from scratch . Make a mold Do power Milling operating sequence and then produce G Code and finally fabricate it on cnc.
Great tutorial, still needs a sprue tho and if you're going to make more than 1 button at a time in one mold then you'd also have to make some runners and do some fluid flow analysis to ensure the fill rate is even for all cavities given the mold layout. Anyway, I'd be interested in more advanced tutorials :)
Is it possible to model and animate 3D machine for the production of rivets (for example)? So, I draw all the key parts of the machine (press) as well as the wire (working piece), then let the machine "work" and make the rivets. So, I play animation, and let the 3D machine made rivets from the wire by itself?

Why does my part(core) disappear when I draw sketch for the mold (cavity) dimensions and exit? The tooling split menu appears but I am unable to select core & cavity? What could be the issue?
