📌Method 2: Using CHKDSK
1, Click on the start button and search for CMD. Right-click on it and click on “Run as administrator”.
2, type in this command (chkdsk X: /r). Make sure to replace the letter X with the drive letter of your corrupted drive and execute it.
3, This process takes some time depending on the size of your hard drive. And once this is completed, try accessing your hard drive again.

This product unfortunately didn't work for me. It didn't retrieve any of my video files from the Western Digital External HDD I was trying save. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
