Steezy help me!!! I love freestyling but I just can't keep freestyling for a long time, I dance for 30 seconds and I just stop, what should I do??
not care how youlook but how you feel. train foundations so you have a base to always explore from and dont forget to have fun while dancing. when we care too much about what looks cool, we loose our purpose in dance. its to let go and express ourselves. have fun dancing. always :D

Something really helpful I learned from Amari Marshall is to serve face and slow down in the pockets of the music. It is unrealistic to be able to go 100% all the time. Sometimes you need to feel it out. Easiest thing to do is serve face and body, slow down look at the audience or mirror, feel yourself. It’s also a nice suprise effect for the audience that may result in a “yasssss!!!!!”. This gives you time to catch your breath and get ready for your next movement. If it’s still a problem, learn more choreos go through each choreo you learned everyday once for 2-3 weeks to train your body to get used to it so you have a larger variety of dance moves to pull from when freestyling/choreographing. Lastly just straight conditioning, which is the most obvious one.
