There's lots of twins in my family (mostly fraternal). I used to think being a twin mom would be great. They all seem to get along and they seem like a big happy family. Living the exact lifestyle, down to same haircuits, diets, etc is a bit strange, but to each his/her own. I like my space, wouldn't want so many people in same space with me, doing same things, etc. Would become frustrating to ME! What is more confusing is the children will grow up saying they're siblings, have two moms, two dads...just because parents are twins and live together. Hope their life keep being full of love and happiness though!

If it works for them, more power to them. I have identical adult daughters and I didn't dress them the same and they never dressed themselves the same either. They have their own lives separate from each other. They are close, closer than regular siblings, but nothing like this.
It does seem quite strange at first but I’ve always thought it would be nice to have a twin because I have anxiety and if I did have a twin, it’s not unimaginable I would want to do this. For some twins I’m sure their twin feels like the other half of them since they’ve always done everything together since birth, so to go separate ways would be like losing half of themselves. So it kinda makes sense that they would want to do everything together including dating and marriage. And if they have the same type in what they’re attracted to, it could get messy unless they also dated identical twins.
This type of relationship of twins married to other twins having children together, living in the same house, and sharing and doing everything together sounds like a dream to them, but for me it can be frustrating and annoying because there is no space for you to have some “me” time. I don’t have a twin, but if I do, I would share some things to my twin, but not everything. I love my personal space. Speaking of personal space, it makes you wonder, since the twin couples living together in one house, do they use the bathroom together? Share one bedroom? Or their sex life? If they do those things, that’s disgusting and crossing the line. I cannot speak for them, but at some point in time, they might be at a point that they want to live an individual life to discover their life as one person. If they want to lives as a codependent family for the rest of their lives until death, that’s fine. As for me, I still love being around with my family and friends, but at the same time, I need my personal space.
