Omgosh, I can wait to be able to afford to start doing resin, I live the colors you are using and the molds are freakin cool 😎 thank you for sharing this ❤️😊🙂
Brenda V I am so glad you like this and you are more than welcome. I was the same, itching to get started with resin. And yes, you are right it is expensive but I have found I like one the cheaper resins best so I’m liking that part. I have been picking up bits and pieces - resin accessories, moulds, nik nak things (lol) for months. I have used it a couple of times for covering canvases but this is so much more fun. I’m hooked now 😊
@@TrudyWright36 Very forward thinking. I love the moulds, so easy to work with. I love me a nice bargain from ebay too (even if I have to wait 6 weeks on it) lol.
I tried to make sure not to use too much glue just incase this happened, luckily it didn't. I did have to pick the glue off the cabochon eyes though. Thank you very much, I am glad you enjoyed it 😊
I have never tried it so unfortunately I cannot say. The reason I used what I did was because I had it close to hand. I just needed a glue that would not let the resin creep under. I hope this helps a little :)
These moulds are stolen designs from mould making artist Ravn Cotino, search google for the original art. I bought them too, not knowing about the cat design being stolen from Ravn Cotino
Maybe you will find one that works for you some time soon. When I am use resin I get fully geared up in a respirator, safety glasses, gloves, apron and all windows opened. Thankfully I have been horror story free, long may it last lol

Hi when you glue the eyes on the cat in the mould does the glue not stick to the mould and could it ruin the mould, love the video :) thank you

If you take an exact o knife then you can cut the left over resin from the eyes without any damage....as long as the eyes are glass.
Shelby Metz Thanks for the tip. That’s how I remove the glue but I haven’t tried it for resin, it might be easier, definitely worth a try 😊
@@TherapeuticCreations i really is a ton easier. It just scrapes right off and if its glass it wont damage the eye ball at all!!!
Shelby Metz They are glass. I will be trying that out in the next couple of days for sure. Thanks again. I love me a good tip 😄
When i first started making them imod podged the eyes to the mold and it comes off but its a pain lol
Shelby Metz I agree, it is a pain. Thanks for the tip 😊
Love it! Only one teeny issue...fauns aren't evil.
Thank you very much 😊
Can I use school glue to glue the eyes on the mold?
I have never tried it so unfortunately I cannot say. The reason I used what I did was because I had it close to hand. I just needed a glue that would not let the resin creep under. I hope this helps a little :)
@@TherapeuticCreations ok thanks
Where can I find these cat molds? Your creations are amazing
Thank you so much, I appreciate that. I got these moulds from Amazon. I have these in my Amazon shop front in the US, link in bio if it helps :)

Do household glues work as well?
I have never tried household glues, only resin, sorry
@@TherapeuticCreations That is okay! Im getting my cat molds tomorrow so I was just making sure I have all of the right things😂
@@kathyeasky1432 I hope you love these moulds as much as I do. Enjoy 😊
What glue do you use
I used E6000+
I'd love to make something like this but have been put off resin by the toxic horror stories 😔
