I believe judges' discretion at the lower courts needs to be redefined and limited. I never dreamed I would live to see our COURTS be used as they are today. A man in INDIANA sits in prison (for years now) even though he has not been convicted of a crime. Groups of people are being targeted and charged and tried using RICO to fulfill campaign promises in GA and at least two judges in the circuit have chosen to use their discretion to deny Constitutional rights to some charged.
Judges control too much - and their political ties have poisoned the courts. They offer no counterbalance to corrupt DAs. Political devotion, aspirations, opportunities must be checked - guard railed. The American People must have courts OPEN for immediate review by the people the court serves. The American People must have courts where CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS are protected ASAP - not allowed to be put on a shelf until APPEALs are possible. The American People must be informed who is funding any election campaign including judges/justices in real time.
The DEMOCRATS who are really GLOBALISTS not AMERICAN DEMOCRATS have used our courts to seat activists or GLOBALIST operatives for decades. The goal is to alter the way justice is defined and dispensed in the USA. They desire to plant and grow a political Ideology/agenda that conflicts with our actual CONSTITUTIONAL REPUBLIC's DEMOCRATIC ideology/anchors.
The only hope we have is to advance checks and balances to prevent DECEPTION and POLITICALLY POISONED ACTIVISTS JUDGES from perverting our Judicial Branch of GOVT and allow GLOBALIST COMMUNIST tactics to be used in any USA court. Each STATE court system must be anchored by CONSTITUTIONAL protections down to the TRIAL COURT tier.
