I have a Jinhao 95 in black with black accents and black nib . It writes very well, even though I prefer the finer line of a Japanese EF. Thanks for doing this review.
I've had the Jinhao 95 for over a year now, maybe two, and like it very well indeed. Color scheme pleases me, shape is very comfortable in the hand, and the nib, never bad, has really developed over time, not so much that it is a flex nib, but the line it leaves does show pleasing variation. I'm delighted with it, now more than ever.
Pretty pen. I have two green pens. I need to get more green. Lol. Nice looking pen. As you mentioned, the section does look a little thin, though. I like Jinhao pens. Great construction of the bodies. The nibs are usually very good to excellent. Excellent overview, Garry.
Thanks. I have found the section is a bit on the thin side when I use it for a longer writing session, but for one or two sentences, which is the majority of how I've been using it, the pen works and feels fine.
Nice pen, classical shape without frills. Since dark green is my favourite colour...👍🏼. Thank you for showing off the J95. Kind regards, Patrick (Switzerland)
I also like green pens, but do not enjoy metal sections. But, having said that this is a vey pretty pen. Will probably pass due to metal section. But, now I know so thanks for a helpful video.

Thanks. It is an attractive colour, but I do struggle with the width for longer writing sessions.
I limit myself on buying only second hand pens. Jinhao 95 could break my self imposed rule.
The ink is also beautiful.

Apart from the width I haven't had too much of an issue with the metal section, although I do tend to hold my pens at the bottom of the section.
