Oh, and for the curious, I'm way past the point where I need to give a sh!t about the tiny bit of change the game takes for killing hostages.
In fact, about a week ago I played with 2 friends of mine and before we had even crossed the doorstep into the bank 1 of the other 2 was already setting people on fire using his flame thrower and I was already mowing the lawn using my 5.56 microgun.
But by far the funniest thing happened when in the split second before a taser dude tased me I remembered from earlier encounters that that would essentially cramp my character's trigger finger and fire my gun, so I just took aim at the dude without pulling the trigger and let him tase me, which resulted in him essentially getting sawn in half from the crotch upwards by my microgun anyway. There have been few times in gaming that made me laugh that hard 🤣
