@@shreyashtiwari3908 Fact check : UP receives twice as much tax money from the Central government as it gives. Why? They 18% of the total distribution. No other state even comes in double digits except Bihar (10%) . For every rupee that UP gives, it get 2.5 in return. State is literally living off subsidies. Collectively, two states UP & Bihar take 30% of our resources. So be humble about it.

It's no coincidence that BJP has made every attempt to appease the UP Hindu voter. Ram Mandir, Highways,. Airports etc. Whatever development is happening there is happening using the tax money collected from the richer southern states. Despite taking more than it gives to the country, the arrogance of these UP people is shocking.
