I wash my hair only once a week and don't see any negative effects. In the past, people used to wash their hair even less. Also, water and shampoo aren't the only way to remove oil and dirt. I brush my hair daily with a natural brush and only use clay for washing. My hair has never been that shiny.

I found over the years as I aged, that animal protein, dairy, too much sun, and too much alcohol give me rosacea flare-ups. I have much better skin when I follow a healthy, plant-based diet.

Not a fan of sunscreen. I don’t like to ingest chemicals or put them on my skin if I can help it. I’ve read that using sunscreen can cause cancer.

I have been using coconut oil on my face for at least 20 years and it has never caused pimples. When Dr Jessica Krant said having itch in the evening is normal, I wonder what's the definition of normal. Think she should say people who have itch issues usually feel itchy in the evening instead of saying it's normal to feel itchy in the evening. When you say it's normal to feel itchy in the evening, it will also mean all people tend to feel itchy in the evening and that's including people who don't have itch issues.

What brand coconut boil do you used?

    • @lamcm66

@@Speakupok Hi, sorry for late reply. I use a local repacked cold pressed, extra virgin organic coconut oil for consumption purposes. It's actually a product of the Philippines but I don't know the original brand name because the local distributor won't tell. You should use a quality extra virgin organic coconut oil which is cold pressed. If you can eat it, it should be safe for your skin. Don't use the refined and deodorised coconut oil meant for cooking which is highly processed and who knows what chemicals are used for all the processes. I'm from Malaysia.

I have a question: is there any way of WFPB eating that can cure persistent ringworm??
My adult daughter contracted ring worm that will not go away. She has used every online remedy she could find, to no avail. She went to doctors and they prescribed medication that didn’t work and can hurt her kidneys if taken more than one dose. The doctor wouldn’t prescribe her anything. Said she would have to live with it

Onions and garlic may be helpful. Garlic put directly on the spot, if it irritates the skin mix it with caster oil. caster oil alone on the skin may also help. you may also want to explore red light, that can be helpful for all types of fungus. Herbally, black walnut, cloves and others are often used. These are just my experiences I work in nature, and we get parasites and fungus.

Is there a possibility that the lady with the dry hands is void in omega threes from the inside out? Krilloil supplements might help

Krill oil is not plant based. Algae oil might be a better choice

I would feel bad if I recommended patients take a drug and it was later found out to do serious damage. The other weight loss drugs were found to damage hearts.
