Hi and greets from Gremany / Berlin! I do always add a bit of puff additive to the plastisol ink I use for the print on hoodys and other sweaters. cos you can use a finer screen for small details of a design. And you also only have to do the one push or pull with you squeegee!
Wrong, ink always stays in the mesh do you have to make sure it clears, as I said it’s still considered a 1 hit because he flooded it once. And as I said he didn’t flash it so yes it’s a one hit white.
I printed fleece blankets about a month ago. Looked great. Printed like fleece hoodies. I used Union ink maxopake orange and lemon to match PMS 012. One good hard pass to get down into the fleece flash and two light passes to make it bright. You can pre flash it if you are worried about movement or shrinkage sometimes helps.
This was amazing! I’m trying to master white ink and this helps a lot! You’re the man!

"1 hit white" then proceeds to triple hit it...
The idea of saying one hit means before flashing
@@adriantrejo6696 one hit is one stroke is one print. one stop at a station is one thing. but saying 1 hit and stroking 3 times....nah that's not it.
