I seem to fit the sigma empath persona, I have worked in a factory, for years, it support in schools, and currently in the care idiustry, which has been the worst for all the types described in this video, especially during breaks or dinner time. They wonder why I prefer my own company.
I think this video is a little off the mark. It describes habits that annoy just about anyone. To me, the difference is that sigmas are less willing to be polite, particularly when the offender is taking advantage of people's politeness. By being intolerant of rudeness, they withdraw, which may be viewed as rude, whereas others may put up with it. That said, I think almost everyone avoids people like this when a pattern becomes clear, but sigmas don't feel guilty or apologize for it.
