These are great! I’m waiting for a “Turn off beast/dragon transformation animations during combat” option. Love animations when I’m not grinding, but the transformations are such a waste of time for me.
True and real. Having to turn them off/on is pain and level up animations are so annoying i cant get myself to level units without crystal-ing to at least 30 anymore
I would also like a way to turn off the vein effect animation, at least built in the "no animations for autobattling", since it noticeably slows down the clear speed of some units
@@matthewgo88You can use "no map animations" for the later to disable all start of turn effects including transfo i think, but yeah you then loose the damage numbers as well :/
Can't wait for Lyon to be combo of Fomortiis and Duo Lyon💀. Jokes aside this refine batch is great because I have every unit here. Sadly the game is stingy af with divine dew. I have high hopes for Byleth
Easily Petrine's refine is the most exciting. They've been cooking with GHB refines & Petrine is already & still is such a unique unit! Can't see what chef IS cooks up!
Even without her refine, Petrine is probably one of the best Grail lance cav units you can have (besides maybe Jeralt and Mauvier), simply because of the anti-beast capabilities and her outstanding stat spread. Her refine is only going to make her even more monstrous and I’m so excited for it.

fallen Lyon used to be one of the best units Imo, then he fell off hard, so hopefully this refine makes him broken again.

Yes Petrine finally.
I've had Petrine since her debut, fully invested, and everything. I think I have a pretty good idea what she needs to help her in this day and age.
- DR piercing: Too many units have damage reduction nowadays that let them survive attacks from her, even if she targets their lower Res. So DR piercing would help her a lot, especially with these newer beast units that have DR.
- Null Follow-up effect: If Hegie has taught me anything when I tried to fight her with Petrine back in the day, it's that follow-up negation really screws her over.
- Desperation/Firesweep and Canto: Petrine is not bulky whatsoever. Even resisted hits take a decent chunk of her health. Given her frailty and the whole gimmick of Flame Lance, Petrine wants to avoid taking damage as much as possible so she kinda wants to adopt a hit and run strategy. Desperation/Firesweep would help her kill something without taking damage, and Canto would let her get away from potential enemy allies.
- A Slaying and Tempo effect: Help her activate No Quater consistently against more defensive targets. Ashnard demonstrated this where my Petrine couldn't kill him because of the Guard effect from Gurgurant.
- DR: Agian Petrine can not take a hit, so having damage reduction would help in her survivability in case she can't kill the target outright, especially with some of these 80+ Atk units nowadays.
- True Adaptive Damage: While Flame Lance does target the Res stat, it's not adaptive like with breath weapons. If Petrine comes across a low defense but a high resistance unit, she's still going to hit them on their Res instead of their lower Def. Only once she falls below 50% does she target Def but, in turn, loses the Res targeting. This one is most likely not happening because that kinda defeats the purpose of Flame Lance.
Finally, some overall increased stats, namely in Spd and Atk, and increases to the in combat debuffs Flame Lance gives.
My prediction for fallen banner this Month
Fallen Veyle dragon unit from Engage, Morva from sacred stones, fallen Loyd from blazing blade,fallen Alear from Engage.

Sigurd was given Seal Def 4 instead of Fatal Smoke 4 is probably because many Sigurd players already have inherited Fatal Smoke 4 from Ginnungagap and others already. I mean, I have seen many Sigurds with Fatal Smoke 4. Seal Def 4 is probably not popular to use. Hopefully the Seal Def 4 would somehow synch with his weapon refine... But let's wait and see

F!Lyon was my 1st +10 Premium not doing that much anymore think only other +10 are F!Ike and Brave Dimitri.
Im fine with the 40% damage reduction and Atk, Def +6 after combat for Sigurd. Since his special was already one of the best now I think it's definitly the best in the entire game. What im mad about is the fact that they gave him a shitty B skill. Like seriously, they could have either gave him a better B skill, a new C skill or even remixe his unique B skill (yeah maybe this one would be a bit too much). I really hope his refine is gonna be one of the best we ever had because he's not only super fun to play but on top of that his art is clearly one of, if not the best in the entire game.
I am actually looking forward to all of their refines, since I used each of them at one point. Sadfly I sacrificed Say'ri to her brother lol. I am very interested in how they will refine fallen Lyon.
Looking like batch of refines hopefully, I’m mostly looking forward to Petrine’s as I merged her up years ago.
But come on IS when are you gonna give me Valentian Palla’s refine any day now.

I just foddered my +3 Fallen Lyon to a fodderbank... I always turn Kris into a manual for her fodder. I guess Byleth could be cool?
This batch is ……. interesting to say the least. Harmonic lucina is the first of her kind getting her refine , fallen Lyon has a gimmick to uphold, Petrine still has a unique weapon in comparison to other grail units , and say’ri needed a refine since the day she came out.
Seems like I might actually use my dews for once.
I think Byleth will have 1 CD spiral in the weapon to go with his pre pulse, Sigurd im really not sure, DR pierce and TP would be perfect offensively and would also open him to 1s counter mixed phase with all the first hit DR he packs. Esp with the potential synergy with Ike Emblem & Prime + bonus C Skill. I would really like that since i got him at +9, but i might just be high on hopium

Fallen Ike refine will be busted
so the second month in a row without a demote getting a refine... hmm. next month we hsould be getting mustafa, but the next demote will be ilyana all the way in october. so basically f2p getting cucked in refines for the next few months lol. it sucks because i really wanna see if they give ilyana rexbolt!
does sigurd have unpiercable dr?
Nope. Even if it's on the special, what it grants is the dodge [Bonus] at start of turn, and that is piercable DR. The DR is not on the special itself.
