It really was! I guess that's why they use deserts for Mars in movies. So different! Thanks so much for watching.

Wadi Rum looks fantastic. Such beautiful desert scenery all around you in this one. Lots of cool movies I have enjoyed were filmed in this area. I would love to take a 4x4 tour through the area to see it all. The Seven Pillars of Wisdom rock formation looks imposing and beautiful at the same time. I love the martian tent. That looks like very comfortable accomodations for being out in the desert. Thanks for introducing me to Wadi Rum!

The martian tent was really my idea of roughing it - air con, big shower, big bed and great views! It was fabulous. And the views in the desert were astounding. When planning this trip, I knew I had to see Wadi Rum and I'm so glad I did! Thanks so much for watching.

Wadi Rum looks like incredible place to visit! Driving along that desert terrain looks so surreal with those giant rock formations, incredible. Riding a camel would be a dream! Look at them!! So amazing. I love the close up shots you got. The petroglyphs are mind bobbling how old those are. Incredible to think they are 12,000 years old and of the stories that come before us. Seeing the sunset is the desert looks like a magical experience. I love that you stayed in a tent, and what a charming tent. Nice the camp offers dinner and breakfast. What a lovely view for sure, I don't blame you on upgrading on this once in a lifetime opportunity! AC would be important out there lol. Amazing adventure as always :)

This trip really was incredible and I loved exploring the desert and being able to stay there. That tent was my kind of glamping! I'm kind of in love with camels, they are just so cute! I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you so much for watching.

This looked like an amazing experience ! Wow those views ! I can totally understand why you upgraded to that type of tent. Was so nice! Cool they sometimes have train rides. Aww that dog ! I wouldn’t be able to not go up to it! I know years ago when we traveled through Italy, Greece and Turkey there were so many friendly street dogs! I wanted to take all of them home!

It really was an incredible experience and I was thrilled to see our tent and it's views! Yeah....the dogs are hard to NOT pet and want to take home! I'm sure Steve expects me to call one day from some country saying, 'I need another way to get home, I'm bringing six dogs with me!" ha ha. Thanks so much for watching, glad you enjoyed it!

Fun!! Looks like Utah to me, and some spots near here near Big Bend. Those tents sure looked like Terlingua. No camels here though. What a cool experience!!

I'd love to see a camel in Texas! ha ha Yes, Wadi Rum does look a bit like Utah and the area around Big Bend. I'm guessing a lot of movies use both Jordan and Utah for filming even. Those tents in Terlingua are on my list, they look great. Thanks so much for watching!
