Oh I also use Panko bread crumbs too and then season the meat myself. DELICIOUS!

I was wondering about that too when I made these. I salvaged the ones I already formed by breaking them back down in a bowl and adding finely chopped onion and progresso Italian bread crumbs and they turned out great. I did see a recipe that grated the onion. I might try that. Without the onion those meatballs reminded me of round hamburgers. Someone suggested adding Ricotta Cheese.

I have been recreating your meatball recipe and making it for my parents and I lately since I saw one of your other videos making it! :) They love my spaghetti and meatballs. :)
I did not prefer these without the onion. They seemed more like round hamburgers when it came to texture and taste. I ended up breaking down the meatballs I did not fry and added minced onion and progresso bread crumbs and they were a lot better and more tender. Hardly any pressure needed to be applied with the fork to cut into them. I'm going to try other recipes for meatballs.

1/2 lb. Ground pork
1/2 lb. Ground veal
2 eggs
1/4 cup parmasean cheese
4 cloves garlic diced
1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parsley finely chopped
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoon olive oil.
Mix all that in a bowl. Roll your meatballs. Put them in the fridge for a few hours. Fry them about 3/4 way done. Get your sauce simmering and put the meatballs in your simmering sauce to finish. Try this recipe. You won't need another meatball recipe after you try these.

Howdy Morpheus. I remember when you did these videos in the other room, (upstairs?) Whenever an airplane got in just the right spot, your mic picked up a couple seconds of chatter from the cockpit radios. Ah, the good old days...
I was in a bathroom once that had an exhaust fan in the ceiling and all of a sudden I started hearing talking but like from a radio. It turned out it was picking up someone's transmitter. It reminded me of that episode of Gilligan's Island when his teeth picked up a radio signal.

Any kind of meatball is amazing but I think I prefer my meatballs to be firmer to me if they are really tender makes me think of like a soggy texture which I'm not really fond of lol

Meatballs seem to be a very acquired taste, I can only eat my mothers meatballs
