I've always thought he was way overrated. Cannot be counted on to lead a team, will fold under pressure.
A prolific scorer and a very good perimeter shooter. However, as a leader, he's MIA.
@cityhawk. He's both my favorite and least favorite player of the last 10 years. His shooting and dribbling style is awesome. But then he plays no defense and tries to foul bait more then actually score. The talent to be the best player in the league if he lost 20 lbs, played defense, and actually tried.
@@Biggiiful This is a controversial take, but I think his best asset would be as a sixth man. Yes, Harden can score at will, but his defense is a liability. If you get him off the bench, and he gets hot from beyond the arc, he's more dangerous in that role. He doesn't need defense in the role. If I had Harden, that’s how I'd use him.

CBA clause isn’t a last resort thing. They don’t just throw that around all Willy nilly. NBPA would fight it in this case anyway.
Even for the money I honestly don’t know how the coaches and owners deal with egos like this. It would be painful to go to work every day and to me no amount of money is worth dealing with that day in and day out.

Cba needs to add language where if a player opts in or is under contract and publicly asks for a trade , he is fined for 100% of his contract amount. Teams are allowed to send him home and 85% of the salary opens up to sign a Replacement. The player is also not allowed in the nba the following year
I'm reminded of the scene in "Training Day" where Ethan Hawke's character asks Denzel Washington's character. "How could you kill your friend?" Washington answers. "Why is he my friend? Because he knows my first name? I'm playing him!" Daryl Morey acted like James Harden's friend for as long as it benefited Morey. When it no longer suited him, he left Harden hanging. It's grimy, but it's business. Harden should've known better.

Lol: Harden got ROASTED 🔥 obviously Iope Harden is able to prove Rome totally wrong, but when it comes to a strong take -Rome is one of the best. He (and his crew) are pretty top notch in doing their homework before making a strong opinion, case, along with supporting evidence against any professional player.
