Wow. I have to admit I thought the leather work was more "machine assisted", with patterns are a sort of press. IDK, I am totally ignorant on the topic. So it's really interesing to see how it's done, and the work behind what we all agree to call a work of art.
Yes most 99% of the patterns on the sword scabbard are hand carved from scratch. Only on the straps do I use a press. But sometimes we also carve stripes, like in XXa swords.
This scabbard is absolutely beautiful. I am in awe of the care and craftsmanship!
