How A Rusted 1960s Volkswagen Beetle is Restored | Cars Insider - Авто/Мото
After blasting it looked like there wasn't much left. Nothing but holes. Amazing!
That is the most beautiful Beetle I have ever seen, well done
Wow wow wow!!!! My dad had many Volkswagens over the years for a carpool going from New Jersey to New York City for 40 years. He had a 1967 bug that he rolled up over 400,000 miles on . None of his cars looked anything like yours, but he loved them. Your work is absolutely incredible. I like to see the women working on the cars. They bring many skills to the table! Your interior design work is simply astounding!! Keep it up and thanks for sharing this video!!

Wow impressive and thank you for supporting children in Indonesia, God will bless you 10 fold .
Great job. Normally I’m a purist about restoring old VW’s. However, your custom work is outstanding. When you spoke about your charitable contributions, I subscribed ! Thank you, RickGTI…..🌴
🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦A “Stunning” build … much respect for the dedication and talent. Hats 🧢 off to the cause🇨🇦🍁🇨🇦
Amazing!! God bless!
It’s interesting how different regions have different styles of paint and upholstery. This is particularly to my taste but the workmanship is amazing and you definitely saved it!
Beautiful job! I can't even fathom how much something like that would be worth.
Great memories in the days. And thanks for the work you do to keep kids in school.

A warm handshake from my humble country the Philippines 🇵🇭
Very nice work! 🎉
Absolutely incredible!!
Awesome! I didn't win the raffle for the car but met the fellow who did and couldn't be happier for him. I've got a 1970 AUTO STICK that I would love to have you work on - but I don't think I could afford your labor of love. Looking forward to your next build!

Oh my!! How deeelish! Kudos to all of you. Do you know anyone who does to Mercedes what you do for VW’s? Thank you for this lovely work.
Would it have been too much red if you painted the outside red ? I like the sea blue of 65/66 years too. -- I agree, driving them is the best, bringing it back to life.
Wow.....awesome work....this is definitely a winner in carshows... 👏👌👍🇵🇭.... I'm currently restoring my dads beetle 1968 but its no way near this one after its done....Hopefully it will be finish before Nov. 11 this year because its my dads birthday. He pass away last year. What needs done? I have lots of parts.
I recently just bought a 68’ sunroof bug!
So good

6:30…Fantastic restoration, or rather, resurrection! But why the removal of the turn signals?
Wow 😲
Helló kicsit giccses , szép egyszerre sok munka volt vele biztosan helló
Wow👌
Adolf hitler got his inspiration for the people car from stting in a Kubelwagen, when it rained and the tent canopy fell in ,so he made the volkwagen with a rain sloped roof
Stalin Hitler wasn't an engineer
WoW… Quality….
O trabalho ficou muito top mas o dinheiro que ele gastou na reforma do fusca daria para comprar um carro novo mas ficou muito top chikc show de bola

New sub! Liked ❤️😍🙂😊☺️
Great job but the end product was not covered enough in the video
you do a beautiful job. my husband had promised me years ago he would work on our 1960 beetle.. he passed away a few moths ago and i know it will never get it done so i want to sell it so that someone will be able to restore an enjoy it since i won't be able to. the motor was taken apart and all original parts cleaned and put back together and out son rode it for about a couple of years then it was brought to WV and use here in the farm and then just has sat in the field. it is definetely not as bd i don't think as the one you just so beautifully restored. Do you know hwat 1960's VW sedan that need restoration are going for?. I want to sell it to raise money to be able to go to the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea.
That car was so far gone it’s more of a replica build than restoration. Good nonetheless
Edit: on second thought, I’m wrong. It’s a restomod.
Very nice…How much $ ?
❤❤❤ beetle but my bug not smart like this 😓
I wonder if VW will end up building an EV Beetle and/or Bus?
What do you charge. I would like to help support kids.
Could someone tell me what the distinction between a bug and a Beetle is?
Is it a matter of year? Motor type? Exterior trim?
Both terms were used synonymously for the old original beetles. The New Beetle from the 2000s were totally different cars, ie. a modern take on the classic car. Those were actually officially called Beetle and they had a badge saying Beetle. The old ones never had that.
is a BUG carburetorated? And a Beetle fuel injected?
If all you kept was part of the body, then it's not a restoration or even a resurrection. Short video so I don't know all that was done, but if it's a new frame, new drive train, new glass, new interior, new wiring, guages, axle.... Then what is it. Looks great but it hasn't been restored.
I-dear 😅
Minute 2: 50”: Risk note. That guy wears a mask to paint, but does NOT wear googles to protect his eyes. The eyes are much very sensitive and delicate. Even a microscopic particle of the ones that this man is receiving will cause irreversible damage to his sight. Big mistake!
🤫😝🤭
That car looks like herbie
An Ozzie accent?
it's beyond repair, i don't care how many parts you have to cut out and splice in,
Good thing you aren't doing it while they did!
it's just too far rusted to even repair it, if that car would have been on the show Grave Yard Cars, they would agree with me. Trust me on this.
looks gay.
Veramente bella complimenti
Just say I beatify job I was dead know is a live very good video I say from London 🙏🙏🙏
