BIO: If bands like Foo Fighters, Weezer, and Pearl Jam are considered the last generation of guitar-based rock, then Noiseheads is next generation’s exception.
Noiseheads’ self-produced first LP, the not-so-subtly titled 1994, was released in 2013 and quickly established Noiseheads' distinctive sound. Following up their debut album with their self-titled EP in 2015 and the operatic Sitcoms For Aliens in 2017, each of these releases received rave reviews - Overblown Magazine wrote Noiseheads “pummels ears with music that is direct, grungy, and catchy as the Spanish flu.”
Noiseheads has built a devoted and passionate underground following among fans of old-school garage rock. In the process, they also attracted a lot of attention from many prominent figures in the music industry, sharing line-ups with the likes Collective Soul, Fuel, K. Flay, and the Psychedelic Furs.
After a brief hiatus, the band re-emerged in late 2019. Talks started with Lincoln Parish, Grammy-nominated songwriter / former lead guitarist of modern rock icons Cage the Elephant, and the trio recorded 5 new songs in October 2020. In June 2021, the band recorded 5 more tracks with the legendary Steve Albini (Nirvana, The Pixies) at his studio Electrical Audio in Chicago, IL.
With a steady schedule of new material and even some post-lockdown touring plans on the horizon, Noiseheads are going full steam ahead… and are primed to spearhead the “new normal” of post-pandemic rock music.

The opening reminded me of "Lithium" by Nirvana. Awesome song!
Best thing about this... it doesn't sound like post-grunge.

@omegalen yeah, it was short on purpose because we wanted people to want more! haha. There's a longer solo on the song Alien we have uploaded on here as well, just no music video for it. Thanks though! We definitely appreciate it! :)

We completely agree! Thanks!
What a fucking great recommendation. RUclips doesn't always suck
Very good sound dudes. Also weird chord changes, i love weird chords. I'm tired up with classical and ordinary sounded band. I will follow you.
THIS IS THE GREATEST SONG IN THE WORLD! 🤘💀
Another super cool. Rock & Roll song. I wish bands were still discovered! Not produced in a studio. You guys could make it nation wide. Target Detroit , Philly, Cleveland, N. Y. City & Boston. Take the East cost ! You earned it. Love your music! 5 great tunes is 1/2 your breakout album. G. L. W.
Kurt will be proud of you guys! PLEASE KEEP GRUNGE ALIVE! :) 10000 Likes from me.

The beginning is very similar to Lithium... But kudos for keeping grunge alive.
Very nirvana/early foos with a bit of your own style....love it

Dude you guys are good. If you adjust your sound (hope you don’t) make it more shoegaze. Not pop. Swervedriver needs a good tour companion. Saw them in Portland. You guys are damn good
You guys would fit great with Senium from
NJ and Bamboo Forest from SC... I've liked you and will check out everything I can of yours, feel free to check out my page... I think you'll like those band's as well... This is how the scene is revived, through social media...

the drummer sounds good but doesnt look like he is into it that much. should i submit my resume?
I like it guys, very good sound reminiscent to foo fighters first album
am i only one who got meat puppets vibes from this?
I'm in a grunge band can we talk
GRUNGE DIED FOR A REASON GUYS
this is actually pretty good tho lmao
Grunge died because people stopped listening to real music.
Lazar Stevanovic Were you born in the wrong generation too? Lmao
Yessir, I was born into the generation which was brought up as sell outs and I hate people of my age for it.
Lazar Stevanovic Stop generalizing, it's obvious you haven't even tried to look if you blow everything from this generation off as bad.
"Real music" isn't a thing..
***** I know there is good stuff. What I am talking about is whitewashed mainstream garbage which purveys the airwaves right now. There is good underground EDM, Rap and Rock music out there. It's just that it is becoming rarer and rarer to find and its no longer considered cool to listen to it like it was in the 1990s.
You better thank Brett from Grungereport for sending a shoutout on the page for you guys.
Love your music, can you check out my Grunge/Punk band from Norway?
