    Billy is doing what needs to be done to get us back. The main thing is to build the offensive and defensive lines with depth that has very little drop off from the starters. If you look at the safeties last year, they were horrible. The play calling was horrible. The game plan of having to defend was horrible. Putting your non covering linebackers in coverage was insane. The tightends were just as bad. The wide receivers did not progess. If you can only trust 3 players then that is bad development. All 3 coaches were good recruiters but poor teachers. Do you all remember that players were doing workouts off campus and doing their own things. We have more top tier recruits considering UF since we had Urban. My want is to have coaches who can teach and recruit on a high level. UF will be better sooner than many think.

    The question is will the Gator fan base be Patient enough to see if Coach Napier will turn out to be a decent coach or not?? It took coach Kirby Smart his sixth season at UG to go to the Playoffs and then win back to back National Championship in his 6th and 7th season

      9 wins is the ceiling this year. 6 or 7 is more realistic. The schedule is insane and the team is young.
      The recruiting needs to be strong though.

    Are you telling me that over 20 years into the 21st century we cannot find a way for journalists to record a coach properly without standing 2 feet away is not possible? This is ridiculous. It is juvenile, unprofessional, and distracting. UF and all those with recording devices need to find a new way to obtain a proper recording of the press conference.

    What recruit would want to play for Florida when we have such a pessimistic fan base? A lot of you are ignorant if you don’t think recruits look at these types of media posts. Consistently day in and day out you have “fans” that have nothing but negative to say about the program. Like dang, we get it you think they are going to suck this year and the next few years. Use that energy and be a fan somewhere else then, and we’ll see you back at the door when we’re on the up and coming when you’re claiming to be a fan again.

    Well Napier and Gator coaches hold so few news conferences and communicate so rarely with the people, who can blame reporters for trying to figure out how to record them. Deeply disappointed in Napier’s communication.Still love the guy but conference’s poorest communicator.

The team so bad man fans of other SEC schools are saying we shouldn't even be in the conference anymore. We are right there with Missouri Vanderbilt and South Carolina in the east. If Billy Napier couldn't get a scheme together to work around Richardson strengths what the hell you think he going to do with Mertz? Anthony Richardson (a Mullen recruit) bout to be a 1st round draft pick if nothing crazy happens.

      @@jerrysullivan7223 if Oregon state whipped us like that. What you think Texas going to do to us? They not trolling bro. You forgot we lost to Vanderbilt last year? We been struggling with Kentucky and Tennessee. We struggled with Missouri and Texas A&M. And Oklahoma whipped us not too long ago. I'm sorry bro but we have to realize it's not getting better. You telling me Kentucky and Vanderbilt have been out recruiting us? So why are they beating us? I'm not going to give up on Napier after one season but bro we go 8-4 9-3 that's not acceptable. 10-2 losts to Georgia and LSU both in a dog fight is acceptable. Billy Napier basically got "his guys out there" so if he doesn't improve 3 games we are going to have a problem in Gainesville

    Billy I need to see more emotion on the field look at all the greats Kirby Saban stoops they get a bad call it’s ww3 on the sideline or if a player gets targeted they got people holding them back off the field I don’t see none of that from you I like where we’re going I just wish you’d improve in that area it means a lot to them boys playing for you seeing their coach fighting just as hard as they are it makes a huge difference bubba let them refs know Florida’s here 🤫

    • @xavierhollie2966
      @xavierhollie2966 Год назад +2

      He does get fired up on the sidelines. He was literally flagged for it last year. I don’t think he has to be like any other coach in this department. There’s nothing wrong with him having discipline for not only hisself, but also his players.
      I see why you would think that would translate to fiery production from a team, but I also think there is way more ways to fire up a team than flailing about.

    • @daltonbradshaw1391

      @@xavierhollie2966 that was one game , he doesn’t have emotion and the fire grabem by the face mask and tell what it is and what it ain’t you don’t see that from him man I’m telling you it matters football fields a war zone thing about if you were at war and your lead man acted like he could care less and isn’t even really trying it’s morale and loyalty I’m telling you that matters I would definitely be more motivated to make a play or just play harder in general that’s just my opinion

      @@daltonbradshaw1391 Well being in the military I can tell you I’d rather follow a confident “lead by example” type of guy. Morale just shows in more ways than the theatrics. For some people it comes naturally so it’s genuine. For coach Napier, we’ve seen glimpses of it when he’s with his players but that’s just it. We only see glimpses. Maybe he is that way a lot more behind the cameras. I just don’t think you gotta show it on the field all the time in the way it sounds like you’re saying. Overall, I know he can seem monotone during press conferences, but I don’t think it affects his morale and production. The players would know best though, not us
