    Braised Eggplant w/ Minced Pork
    Fried Garlic Chinese Kale
    Seasonings/ Spices Used:
Mirin, Oyster Sauce, Pepper Salt(or Salt & Pepper), Salt, Sesame Oil, Shaoxing Wine, Soy Sauce, Starch (Potato or Cornstarch), Sugar, White Pepper Powder, Black Vinegar(or Rice Vinegar), Chicken Stock Powder, Cooking Oil, Dark Soy Sauce, Dried Wolfberries, Fish Sauce, Five Spices Powder, Fried Garlic, Fried Shallot, Ground Ginger, Mayonnaise
The cost of seasonings is small, so they are excluded from the cost calculation.
Compare to traditional recipes, some recipes are rearranged to sustain the taste quality after microwave and prevent excess growth of bacteria (due to too much moisture).
I use the bento box that I purchased from Home Coord○ with some other bento box that I purchased in the past. They all have the same capacity and can be used in the microwave with the lid. The photos above might not include the 7th bento.
    ************
    Reheat time
    ************
    1. From frozen(-18°C or lower): 10 minutes in microwave defrost mode, then reheat another 3 minutes at 800w (normal mode)
    2. From chilled(0-4°C): 4 minutes at 800w (normal mode) from refrigeration
    Reheat with the lid closed.
Please note that the heating time may vary depending on the size of the bento and the performance of the microwave oven.
After heating, the bento bottom might still be a little bit cold, let the lid stay closed for a few minutes, the steam inside will circulate and warm the whole bento.
If the whole bento is not warm enough, reheat another 30 seconds until you find the right microwave time.
