主にスーパーからかき集めた食材を使用し、たまに地元市場を利用することもあります。
Here is my diary of surviving in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 through making high cost performance lunchboxes. I try to achieve balanced diet while choosing ingredients with relatively good quality.
I usually use ingredients that are easy to find from most supermarkets, or sometimes from the local’s wet market.

how do u reheat it without making the fried food going soggy?
@@dchy520 Thanks for your comment😊 Here are some tips to help fried food to stay crispy: 1. Make sure all fried food has its oil drained after frying, then place on a dry surface (I placed on the cool down rice directly but paper cups do better)before storing 2. Coat the meat using ingredients that are naturally crispy in texture (such as raw sesame or crushed nuts)instead of breadcrumbs 3. Separate the fried food from the lunchbox and use oven/ toaster/ air fryer to reheat instead of using a microwave 4. If the fried food is going to pair with sauce, top it right before consuming

Hi! Thanks for your comment! It is easy to get bored if there are only 2-3 sides in 1 bento for a whole week, but with 6-8 sides, the taste of each side dish varies with very small amount, making it harder to get bored even having the same bento everyday 😊
