I really like the "open challenge" idea.
It would really help build Jey up, so long as he is not constantly facing wrestlers who don't get TV time and so long as he is not facing the same opponents over and over.
I also think the WWE needs to keep him out of tag matches so that he can develop as a singles competitor.

Jey Uso has gotten himself so over. The whole crowd pops and is completely lit for him. Imagine the pop if he won the title? WWE Universe would come totally unglued!
Jey should have been a singles champ by now the WWE are doing Jey wrong... He's a work horse and should be rewarded for it....
Imho Jey needs to diversify his in ring moves. Super kicks, spear, jabs and splash aren't exciting enough. He needs to create his own unique finishing move.

This situation reminds me of Jey uncle Umaga ! Just like Jey was popular feuding with world champions like Roman , Seth and Damien, wwe fail to pull the trigger on Jey while he is top guy in the business. Like Umaga He was the biggest heel superstar at the time 300 pounds pure strength & athleticism very mobile for a guy his size feuded with guys like Jeff Hardy , John Cena , Bobby Lashley all was world champions Bobby ECW WC. He was so over as a top heel the Unaga was a bad ass!! R. I . P

I remember back when I was a kid during the attitude era whoever the crowd cheered the loudest whoever shirts they was wearing that's who the top guy was last time I checked, but it seems like the IWC and the internet decides who is who now
I honestly believe WWE could use a 3rd big brand on the level of Raw and Smackdown because I feel they have a lot of main event talent or main event potential talent which is actually causing a lot of them to get stagnant on Raw and Smackdown which is killing their hype instead of them flourishing like they should.

wwe needs a third show in this moment for some of the main roster guys but not a show like Heat or Velocity with random matches but a show with less used guys on raw and smackdown with storyline developments.Once you see a wrestler-stable getting too much over with the fans than you move those more regularly on main rosters.They also need to revive old titles belt like hardcore and european championship.

Jey did his time as Usos tag team champion as Bloodline tag team champion. He push the Yeet 👓 movement the crowd loves it. He got the name Main Event by Roman the wwe creative team kind of holding him up. Roman and Rock don't have to pull strings Jey has fought hard and she holding the IC The US or the World championship gold soon. A big ups to Kish for put it out there and not hold back.

Go watch a recent dark show after Smackdown where Jey, Ray Mysterio, The Miz and R-Truth fought the Judgement day. The crowd kept begging for Jey and the others to do his whole entrance over and over. They kept cheering "One more time". must have done it 6 times. Even Priest got involved.
Well doing 20 super kicks per match doesn't help. Yes I like him alot but really needs some more moves in the mixture

The only Jey Uso problem are the idiots who believe he's really "main event Jey Uso". He loses more when he's in the main event than he wins, he had a match with Bronson Reed the night after the Royal Rumble at 9:30PM, and if he isn't facing/teaming with The Bloodline, Cody Rhodes, or Walter he's most likely not going to be in the main event at all. Y'all need to stop believing so much about what a T-shirt says, Jey Uso isn't that guy and never will be. The same goes Jimmy Uso.

Well, I think it's his "Thug" gimmick that holds him back. Most people just do not relate to it. We all love him. We all want him to succeed. But he lives far from a ghetto, and his gimmick is not gonna change anytime soon, and it really should to push him to the next level. That's what I think holds him back from relating to everyone. I'm from Arbor Hill in Albany NY. I'm from the hood. I went to High School with Bloods and Crips that said "Yeet" back in the late 1980's. Not sure how else to put it. It's nothing personal. But most of the world is not like that ya know. I'm just saying it's time for a change to get to the next level, and stay at the next level. Dude probably looks good in a suit. Sad to say but you might be right and it's not his fault. They hit on his whole act and the fans love it but the biggest thing is WWE is making a ton of money from his character.
