Thank you lisa Great content information, and yeah promotional companies can take your money and also in some cases your reputation when you are not able to deliver. Reality thank you lisa I hope I become a 2% one day 👍👍👍👏
Hi Daniel, while I have done over $30M in sales from my inventions, I quit the business for about 10 years and worked exclusively as the Entrepreneur in Residence for 3 start-up accelerators. So I came back when I was ready and felt I had something to add to the industry 2 years ago. I licensed my first product since then in December and it has not started paying yet and have another on deck. So, to answer your question, about 70% of my income comes from the Invention Accelerator, the rest comes from my position at Arizona State University as a Venture Mentor and my Real Estate holdings. Kind of personal, but there you go.
@@icaninvent The real question is: "how much money your inventor/customer make Vs how they pay for your service" to get a ratio or something like that. This could be a whole video because it's a complex answer indeed. Maybe 3% of your customer get crazy profitable, but 97% don't... For a bunch of different reasons the average is not a proper metrics to evaluate if your training is good/useful or not. In a broader spectrum, you probably give the best chance for success. But we are curious to know the odds. Maybe you could tell us how many of your inventor/customer, in the last 5-10 years, make more money (related to invention) than what they invest for your services? As you know, scammy "InventHell" get a ratio of about 1 successful inventor for 6000 inventors who lost more money with them. My guess would be that you have about a 0.5-3% of customer/inventor who make more money than what they invest for your service. Two big differences: your ratio is way better AND you don't solely doing it for money, you truly care about helping inventors. Licensing is just not for everybody and not as lucrative as some might think. And since most people won't make money, with your training, at least they won't risk/loose as much. By the way... My late father lost +500,000$ on a single invention. I wish I had the knowledge I have today.. But even then, it's hard to change the mind of a stubborn man who think he is about to get the money rolling.
Fantastic Group just love the straight forward approach of Lisa. Truly a real find.

How much money do you make from hopeful inventors who pay for your services versus the money you make from your inventions?
