I have done so many of these when playing San Andreas. Will name a few but too many to name them all. Sniping helicopters, sniping rival gang members, flying around in a hydra with a 6 star wanted level listening to Free Bird on K-DST. using various cheats, mowing peds on the beach with a combine.

Did you forget pilot school is very compulsory so we must all do it and did you mention trying to infiltrate the area 69 without being detected or naval base and taking over hoods is also compulsory to get to "END OF THE LINE" Mission
During the 6 star chase. You are nowhere to be safe. Unless your in a tank or something. OR in the all proof maverick in the mission misappropriation.

Btw, fun little way to cause traffic chaos without getting wanted stars:
First, get fire immunity from completing the firemen missions. After that, get a car and ram people until one of them gets aggressive. Maybe ram a couple more to make things to faster. Then get out of the car and wait for it to explode. The road will be blocked by wreckage. To cause further chaos, you can simply walk into the fire and then run around to spread it to other cars. I do that sometimes as a sort of challenge to see how long I can keep blowing stuff up before the fire gets extinguished or burns out. Bonus points for setting a firetruck on fire and making it blow up XD

One thing I would often do in GTA San Andreas was, you must remember there is a option to save game outside the four dragons casino so first i save the game, enter The Four Dragons Casino, bet some money, and if I lost, I'd load the game and try again.
the one thing i always mainly did that is not mentioned is ride on the back of npc trucks while their driving!!

8:49 For those who want to play this game I warn you: if you want to have all the girlfriends don't become completely muscular because one of these will reject you for being excessively muscular and no, it won't be enough to eat to lose muscle because the game is strange and you can be muscular and fat at the same time (at least on Xbox 360 it's like this then on PC I don't know, I'm 99% sure it's like this on PC too)
but by getting hungry you can lose muscular sometimes also by swimming for a long time
Things that I have done in GTA San Andreas: #1 (maybe not on the first day of gym, but at least before I had enough muscle to challenge the gym trainer), #2, #3, #4 (either accidentally, or maybe with the phone calls about the yay leaving San Fierro), #5, #7, #8, #9, #10, #11, #12, #13, #14 (or at least 5 stars, anyways), #15, #16, (maybe) #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #23, #24, #27, #28, #30, #33, #34, #35 (probably at some point, anyways), #36, #37, #38, #39 (during the “Cesar Vialpando” mission, anyways), #40, #41 (I believe only during the “Tagging Up Turf” mission), #42, #43, #45, #47, #48, #49, #50, #51, #52, #53, #54 (although not trying to stop the tram but just parking a vehicle in front of it to see the damage physics), #55, #60, #61 (didn’t complete them but did some of them), #63, #64, #65, #66, #69 (in some way or another).

Spent many hours on headshotting pedestrians with a silenced pistol for no reason. Save game right outside of four dragons casino then entered the casino to place a bet, if won I would run outside and save the game, if lost, I would reload the savegame. Used the ammunition glitch to double the ammo of the weapons. Made the ballas attack each other. Tried to keep a recruited cop seated inside a police vehicle. Been caught up by parents during hot coffee cutscenes.

I used to go to the top of the highest skyscraper and then use the cheat to spawn a hovercraft. You can drive it off the roof of the building and it can fly for miles. lol.
