those items that are blue hoops in a plastic case are floss threaders. Possibly someone was using them to thread yarn in a smaller space? Also the full circles are stitch markers they go on your knitting needles. the pointy rubber thingies are for the ends of your knitting needles to protect the needles, stop your knitting stitches from falling off and make sure you needles don't pierce your bag.
almost everything you didn't know what it was either wasn't for crochet, or was a stich marker LOL you also had needle threaders in there and i'm pretty sure the "fancy" hook was for rug hooking LOL
