Basically its a way to ensure that female character's story and development isn't totally dependant on a male character's. So the bar is referring to how Wonder Woman's first story is about her discovering the outside world with a man
Sappho was a female Greek poet who's poems we're about lesbians, as she was one. Earlier in modern history sapphites or something similar was a way to call a woman a lesbian. It's important here, because Wonder Woman was an Amazon (Greek connection), then there are is the whole lesbian theory about Amazon's and the fact that mythologically they were on the Greek Isle of Lesbos I think, don't quote me on the last one. There may be other smaller meanings and connections the that line has but I think I got the biggest ones.
One of the creators of ERB (epic Lloyd) has another series called "Diss Raps for Hire" The name says it all. Lloyd spits pure FIRE so definitely check it out.
I don't think anybody ever got so effortlessly crushed in an ERB as Stevie did Wonder Woman. She wasn't even terrible. He just rolled flawlessly with it.

So he's "a step" above her entire universe. He even SINGS the sliding scale down to prove that's what they were going for, the words "whole step down" are each a half note apart from D to C# to C. It's a double entendre line and thats what makes it so slick.

I'd love to see a reaction to Atmosphere and one for Brother Ali. Atmosphere has some great music but it's underground and reletively slept on here on RUclips. Fantastic storytelling to his lyrics, I recommend "yesterday" "sunshine" and "the waitress" however not all have official videos. For Brother Ali "uncle Sam goddamn" "Forest whitaker" "own light" All of those songs are awesome, and there's alot more as well. If you find the time I highly recommend giving them a shot.

They literally only reference one thing about him which was a quote that's ALWAYS taken out of context. It was insulting and inaccurate.
