Hw to I do the tax info on a kindle Vella account
Same way you do it on your normal account. Just use same process: getting South African details, getting their ID number from any of the SA ID generator and then filing it in.
Will there be problem if only the bank account holder's name in new account is same as the old account bank holder's name?
If the only similarity between the old and new accounts is the bank account holder's name, and all other information (such as the account owner, email, tax information, and personal details) is different, it may not necessarily cause an issue. However, you have to remember that Amazon now requires you to verify your identity before using their platform. Therefore, using the same bank account holder's name could trigger a review if Amazon suspects the new account is a duplicate.

For me, I had to create a new kindle Vella account because my books were blocked more than 5 times. In this case, it could mean that Amazon bot had blacklisted my account. So I had to create another. If it's your first or second book, then it might not be the bot; might just be you not following the guidelines for publishing on Amazon. If everything is okay, and you believe your books met the guidelines, you might want to upgrade and see if it works. If it doesn't, you could result to creating a new one. I hope this response helps.

First question: Yes, you can definitely upgrade your account to Kindle Vella even if you just created it a few days ago and haven't uploaded any books yet. Just follow the steps outlined in the video to make the upgrade.
Regarding upgrading your old account that has been getting book blocks, I wouldn't advise it. It's likely that the account has been flagged and blacklisted. Even if you upgrade it, the system might still block books from that account.

Don't. Doing that is you telling Amazon, "Hey, Amazon! Come and see, I just created a new account". You should know the consequences for that, right? Amazon prohibits one from having multiple accounts. So use separate payment system. If you had on Grey, you might want to use Geegpay or Cleva.

Mine is on kindle veĺla yet my book got blocked. The worst is amazon didn't send me any reason why my book was blocked. The paperback is live but the kindle got blocked
I think you need to go through your book again and discover the reason for this. Most times, books could get blocked because so many people are flooding one category with same kind of books everyday. For such situation, you might want to change category or niche for a while. You can give this a trial. Trademarks, AI detection and so many others could be causing this. You shouldn't give up. Keep pushing and you will definitely discover what's wrong and the best strategy to overcome the book Blocking.

Okay. If you are creating another with your details, then it should be with another virtual bank entirely. For instance, you have on Grey, you might want to use Geegpay or Cleva. In this case, you can proceed with your NIN; that shouldn't be an issue. However, you made mention of another party details which is best for me-that's creating another account with another person's details, right?

Have your books been getting blocked on the account?
If it has been getting blocked repeatedly despite doing everything right, then no need to convert it. Just create a new one like I have explained here.
However, if you haven't been getting book blocks or you haven't started publishing then continue with the account. It means that the account hasn't been blacklisted.
I want to ask a question, while creating another account on Kindle vell, do we have to input all the fake information that doesn't exist like address, bank account, phone number and all? Am I correct?

Converting your old KDP account to Kindle Vella can be a bit tricky, especially if your account has had issues with book blocks in the past. If your account has been repeatedly flagged, it might be blacklisted, which could affect your experience with Kindle Vella.
However, you can continue publishing in the normal way as well. I've published about 7 high-content books on Kindle Vella, and they are the same types of books I publish on my regular KDP account. The great thing is, these books have already started making sales on Kindle Vella.
Regarding payment, it shouldn't be an issue. From my experience, the payment process is quite similar to the regular KDP account. However, I've noticed that the royalties on Kindle Vella seem to be slightly smaller than those on the regular account. To offset this, you might want to price your books a bit higher than you would on the normal KDP platform.
So, yes, you can use Kindle Vella and continue with your usual publishing strategy. Just keep an eye on the royalties and adjust your pricing accordingly to maximize your earnings.

But what I have done here is to show you how to create a new kindle Vella account; that's proved to be more effective than upgrading. Republish books that didn't go live and were blocked. But books that went live before the account was terminated, don't try that. Instead, go and re-edit everything and then publish like it's new.

You can go to fakepersongenerator. Just select whatever city and click on generate. The US number there can be used. It's just to input a US number for the account to be upgraded.

Those books never went live. They don't even review the books once your account has been flagged. When an account has experienced book blocks, they flag it. So when you publish, no review is done. It blocks your book automatically. This is done by a bot.
That's why when you republish same blocked book on another account, it goes live immediately because the new account hasn't experienced any blocks and is not flagged.

What about the us number
You can get any random US number and fill there. Best, get one of these virtual SIM apps from play store. Get them to show you a US number but no need to purchase since you won't be sent any OTP code. It's just to fill it there.

You just have to make an appeal and see if they will be lenient. But creating multiple accounts is a big offence. You might be lucky to get yours reinstated.
