If you’d moved both vans to the other side of their pitches, you would have saved about a half mile of walking. Or even door to door on one pitch

I'm planning a long trip later in the summer, with my partner for the first time. I don't want us to be eating out every day, for plenty of other reasons apart from the expense. I've no problem getting stuck in in the (tiny) kitchen, but I'm sort of struggling to visualise what we'll be eating. What do you do for meal planning and balanced nutrition on longer trips?
looking forward to seeing your adventures. I have to ask, why didn't you park the vans so just the grass was in between? You could have saved yourself 2/3 of the walk on each trip :-)
