It would have been so hilarious if when they found out they were trapped in virtual reality one if them went "eh sounds on brand." Just not phased at all. Also knowing who the future foundation members are, Amer and Hayden's in synch email read making them obnoxious and annoying was spot on
I normally think the whole everything being a dream/simulation thing is super lame too, but I really liked it in this case because the twist was great. It would’ve been nice if the writers didn’t just shove all that exposition at the end instead of going back and seeing where they could sprinkle it into free time and the story in general. Like leaving small clues that make you wonder if Hajime is actually more messed up than Mikan or Nagito would’ve been much cooler than starting at three manga covers. But hey, I still love this game. Also, it takes a lot to disturb me, and this game managed to find a way by saying Teruteru and/or Kazuchi tried to have children with a corpse. Like, fake Makoto, you don’t have to tell us EVERYTHING.
I didn’t expect my hot take that necromancy is disturbing to get a response. But yeah, the writers kind of piled on too much trying to show just how messed up they were. The twist was good on its own, and having the Frankenagito thing is fine since he’s our resident wacky, little guy. But leaving Makoto’s detailing of events at ”You guys were a murderous bunch who also engaged in some patricide” would’ve been plenty and let us fester with that information on our own. It’s kind of like when the premise of a Family Guy cutaway isn’t not funny, but it just goes on for too long. Then it becomes “Holy crap, Monokuma. Membah when the five other survivors of the killing game and I took in those fourteen survivors of Hope’s Peak Academy, and then they turned out to be the remnants of despair?” and then they proceed to detail every single thing happened.
So I went to Google which one was the fucked up Necro but all I kept getting was "Mikan implanted Junko's overies into herself" which confuses me but is also wtf if it's true (some people said it was a theory but others say the Japanese translation of that line is "someone implanted overies/or body parts into their self to try and have Junko babies")

Honestly, the lack of changing clothes and THEN bringing attention to it would've been a smart detail to point out
But nah, anime Matrix
Actually, now that I think about it, Junko was *squished flat* last game, so how could Nuggets get her hand with him as if it was preserved?
I had the same thought with how could someone… do what one of the graymen did to her body.

Yea wish he would've left that part out
