Yeah he probably doesn't but neither do EA.. Stand ups from mount, crazy stuff that doesn't drain stamina like fake wrestling slams and cartwheel kicks
To be honest, most critics don't need to be experts to review a game. Ingenito is obviously a games journo, not an MMA specialist. Greg Miller reviewed UFC Undisputed 2010 and had to get someone else to learn the controls for him, at least he's not as bad as that.
"Normally those hits would take down any person" DUDE!! This is a video game it wouldn't be fun if it were an instant knock out move, it's like playing a shooter where you die from one shot, some may be fine with it, but most won't like it
if they're making a game based off of a real sport with real fighters and make it seem realistic thats what people are going to want. If i didn't want it to feel like a real UFC fight id go play Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter and enjoy the arcade style fighting there.
datruegamer1 I'm not saying to flat screw all realism of the game, I'm just saying the reviewer needs to understand that their is a right median for a game in terms of realism in order for it to be the best video game it can be. I'm saying the game shouldn't be docked for stuff like that
you should be able to get an instant ko if u set it up.but he had alot of good points.it nowhere near a complete game but a good foundation for the next one.
Playing the demo, i think it's pretty good but still lots of room imrovement like when you stuff thier takedowns you only push then away instead of being able to transition into some ground grappling like you could do in other ufc games.
The only two problems I have with the game is that the fighter creation has barely any options at all and the career mode is just too linear. Seriously in UFC Undisputed 3 you could choose who you wanted to fight, what kind of training you wanted to do, and the creation was amazing.
bro ufc 3 was wayaywa better than this game i playd the beta and this doesnt feel, real at all, felt like i was playing a mortal combat game or something. i DID fkn 7 headkicks yeah 7 fkn headkicks and he didnt go down that sucks balls you cant even dodge anymore. it doesnt feel real it feels like alpha, they should have keept the same moves on uf3 when you cant block dogde proply,.,,,, but with better graphics THIS UFC EA GAME SUCKS BALLS
Anyone else think that this games graphics and character models are better than UFC 3 and 4 ? In my opinion UFC 4 all character bodies look very similar
Im not an EA fanboy and doubt many people are but I agree with you that the graphics are the only thing good in this game... that and Ronda Rousey xD Anyways, Im HIGHLY considering selling this game on CL or trading it in to gamestop for my old copy of UFC3... THAT game was FUN AS HELL no matter how cheesy it was... It had so much stuff packed into it, it is literally one of the best fighters, if not best game ive ever played... I crammed so many hours into the career and with pride, challenges, and scenarios available, Im just almost considering getting it again even though GSP is gona look like an alien again... lol. Yea, THQ didnt half ass ufc3 and I feel robbed and yet again dupped by EA for believing in the hype... They basically sold me off with getting to play as Bruce lee because if they didnt have that, I wouldve waited for the damn reviews...
The hate this review is getting is hilarious. This guy put it spot on, it's a beautiful game but like the previous UFC games the grappling kills it. It's a joke that you can be in any position and start a submission or just click a joystick and be back at your feet. Same can be said about sweeps and counters. The clinch is still and even parts of the stand up are a joke. Too many fancy moves that no fighter would try more than once.
I also hate how some transitions wont go through unless you are precise with the right stick. I hate when I am in the defensive full mount and I cant shake the opponent because my transitions wont go through.
This wasn't the case with the old games though in terms of being able to get to your feet so easily and every attack being flashy, that's what I hate the most about this game
To be honest.. This guy fucking sucks at the game... IM a 2 time online black belt champion went 9-1 to get my belt... sometimes I don't even lose in a day You need to watch ur stamina when u grapple ic an hold people down for 5 minutes each round literally the whole round they cry and beg me to get off and I just ko them... they just need to lern to play and you can just click to get up... but like I said u can hold them their if u have max stamina... I played someone online... I helpd gsp down for 3 rounds with condit cause he kept trying to take me down so I held him in place... the grappling is super easy to lern too
2014 is a shit year for games. So far my ps4 is just sitting in my living room, waiting for just one big title game for me to dust that bitch off, and start playing again. I thought I would finally get that opportunity with this game. However after playing the demo, and looking at some reviews, I think I will give this one a miss. Which is sad because with EA's experience with the fight night franchise, I thought it would have made a career mode similar to that of FN4. That being one of my main issues with the UFC games of the past.
NinjaPhilosophy Nah I'm laughing because you're a clear Xbox fanboy. Your G+ page kinda says it all. You're defending a console because you have a weak and feeble mind. You have the Xbox One, I assume.. the weaker of the two consoles.
CoPowah lmao. It doesnt even look drastically better then mlb13 the show. These graphics aren't mind blowing and nor does it look next gen. Small things like theres being no point in the ref being in the octagon since he does nothing. That ruins the immersion.
You do know that Undisputed wasn't an EA title right? and the team who made Fight night made UFC 2014, if you think about this logically why would you bring a new series to a dying generation of console for only one year? plus they would have to revamp their Fight night engine which is what? 4 Years old? they wouldnt have the time or capacity to hire a new team for that then remake the engine.
too late to the party but this game is too hard to learn i just got put off trying to learn it please bring back Fight Night I have never ever played a Fight Night game and got bored.
I played the demo and got knocked out in 10 second's (not kidding) the game take's time to learn, but if you put in the time you'll learn pretty quick.
+fatherprincipal I don't get why difficulty is a bad thing these days. They have easy mode for a reason. Back in the 90s games were brutally hard and took months to master; in 2016 people complain when they aren't pros after 1 day.
Sooo because it isn't "realistic enough" when taking certain blows it makes it a bad game? In the THQ UFC games, Anderson Silva did those same knees, but didn't take me down. If it is too realistic of a game it takes the fun out of the UFC game. It would kill all hopes of wanting to play it if characters played like they fight in a real UFC ring, skill level should be determined by the player not the in-game stats. But it gets a 10 for me, for staying slightly true to the THQ gameplay and being the most beautiful sports game of the year.
LaDarius Livingston I saw this review and there is no blood. I can't imagine UFC without blood. Is there no blood in the game or is was it just not in the review?
LaDarius Livingston exactly stats are for sport simulation this should be a fighter with simulation and arcade. But this is ea for ya stats are the most important in ea.
DjNj23 What's "MMA moron"? or are you another moron who doesn't know what punctuation is and how to address someone? Also, I'm just stating that I don't like rolling around on the floor, I'm aware this is MMA, I just don't like constantly rolling on the floor with another man, it seems very homoerotic.
DreadfulParadox178 Hmm, that's pretty ignorant. I wanted to know what the career would be like, among other things. I still enjoyed the demo and I wondered if there was more in it for me to enjoy. Thanks to this review - I've concluded, there's not much in this for me.
Everyone is complaining but here are the other things that the reviewer forgot to mention, - No TKO's (this includes the legs, and no doctor stoppages). - No sprawling (this is really important in MMA). - No sprinting backwards, forwards, and side to side (you cannot charge an opponent when they are rocked or on the ground). - No follow-up punches after a KO (this makes for a great highlight reel knockout). - All fighters have the same movement and perform (for the most part) the same moves. Bruce Lee was used as marketing promotion and he doesn't fight like Bruce Lee. - You can do cartwheel kicks with Jon Jones... Am I missing something here? - Limited number of takedowns, basically everyone performs wrestling takedowns that you do not always see in an MMA match. - Less fighters than in the previous THQ games (missing some top 10 fighters in every division). ...But oh wait, the graphics are amazing so who cares, right?
Spot on review! Except the online mode is awesome, he really should have highlighted that. With the Tournaments, Fighternet, Stat Tracking and abilities to earn belts, it's fun and gives online a purpose. The career mode is garbage but the online mode makes this game great.
So they are giving it a 6.8 because its is not a game for everyone??? God damn it IGN it is a fighting game fighting games are not for everyone some of them are pretty hard and I played the demo and the gameplay is fucking awesome (dont let me start on the graphics)there was not other way that EA could make this game better , I didnt expected 9/10 but at least an 8 this is why people hate your reviews you give reviews to people that are not even familiar to the game and give low scores to a lot of good games but instead you give 8.5,9/10 to a FPS that comes every year and its the same shit every year
Guys, *stop whining about the decimal score system*. Just take 6.8 as 68 out of 100. Do you whine when you see a score of 56,74,88,92 etc on meta critic? No right? Fcking hate band wagon.
My big problems are only that the customization sucks for career mode, knockout punches dont always seem to really connect in replays, and the roster is small.
Had high hopes for this game. I was going to finally bite the bullet and buy a PS4 if this was a good game but multiple mediocre to bad reviews means I can hold off on the new gen of consoles.
It's a fair review, EA clearly don't understand the sport. there are some terrible design choices. WWE slam that's never happened in MMA can be done with little stamina drain and every fighter has it Same with flashy kicks No simulation Stand ups from mount and back mount Everyone can sweep from guard to mount Three game modes is a joke Spamming the stand up button Etc etc. you don't know much about the sport if that doesn't bother you
that's cool man WWE slam = suplex, which is a legit wrestling move. Here's a clip of Khabilov knocking out a guy with suplexes : /watch?v=nMlsjlVnpKs I agree about the stamina drain though, doing a suplex irl kills your stamina. My biggest complaint is the hits feel slowed down compared to a real fight and they don't feel meaty enough imo.
Did anybody mention the input lag in the single player mode? How am I expected to dodge properly if the controls aren't responsive? I hope an update fixes this, but knowing EA it's not going to happen.
No, you don't want that, just look at WWE games; THQ were fantastic, everybody loved the WWE games they were producing, then 2K took over, as THQ went out of business, taking out loads of features. Also, 2K's graphics aren't as good as EA's games.
Im enjoying it but so many improvements to the fighting need to be done. Thq had it perfect in undisputed 3. I hate how jabs dont keep your opponent at bay and that you cant do a defensive knee when someone goes to take you down. Ground and clinch Transitions are difficult and not explained well enough in the tutorials. Is there actually a command to reverse? The frame rate drops need fixing asap because its ruining the expierence. I havent played online yet but can see myself getting fustrated alot lol i know i just need to adjust to it, its only because i had undisputed 3 perfected.
This game runs at 30fps. That alone makes this game a 2/10. 30fps in 2014 is completely unacceptable. If you are ok with 30fps, you are a cancer to gaming.
i wish all you thq fan boys would stop comparing this to ufc series it is a seperate developer who made it if you wanna compare it to anything compare it too eas mma games which were shit compared to this.. Nd before you say anything i loved the ufc undisputed series but that was thq not ea get over it
Finally they post a review! Thanks for waiting until it was too late. I'm pretty sure that a lot of people didn't like this video, not because of the score, but because it failed to mention the plethora of other things wrong with the game.
I think he is mostly right in the sense that big head kicks are taken as if the were light jabs. Not sure if his urgency also related to the lack of sprint but that is one for me. I hate not being able to chase a guy down who is rocked. I don't know if it is my favorite. I feel like it is missing a little bit more than I would like from Undisputed 3. I think his score was fair since "7" is average and it is pretty average for an MMA game. Some things are better, but a lot are worse. Yes it is their first, but you don't get bonus points for that. Besides, people don't use enough of the scale in my opinion. If you are dong 1-10 but never go below an 8 what is the point? It is a good place to build from, but I am not sure it is "complete" enough to have been released for $60. For us who love MMA we would buy anything. But his review is about it as a game, an MMA game specifically and I think he was pretty on about it. Not a lot of specifics but the overall points were fair.
Wow!!!! WTF was that??? I mean everyone has their own personal review sure.... but was that on easy or beginner or what???? UFC 2010 and 3 weren't that easy on ultimate at all!!! Idk feels like I'm not spending my money now...
Juan Santana I'm a big fan of the franchise. Ea sports MMA wasn't this. But it was good in its own right. THQ probably should''ve sold UFC to EA Sports a long time ago. I might just buy this though.
Landa Mcgrath No I never heard of a guy named franchise. But ECW bought REAL tables to break each other through. Most of the tables in wrestling now are pre-broken so characters don't get hurt too bad.
I liked ECW it was cool. With the sandman Sabu and tommy dreamer. Their women's division never really payed attention. I probably really got more into ECW when I saw CM Punk's first match there. He was so cool to me. I just knew he was destined for greatness. More than just an ECW champion. It's true though I was right.
You did hear the reason for the design choice? At 60fps they said they had too much motion blur that detracted from the look of the game. Sounds plausible, and most people couldn't tell the difference between 30 and 60, the same with 720 and 1080. Some people can, but to most it's just this magic number that they assume will make it great no matter what.
Should i buy this game? Im a fan of MMA but dont know much about the roaster, just see it now and then, I played the demo and I loved it but this review makes me think otherwise. Is there any replay value and is it worthy buying it? I loved the punches and kicks and fancy moves. ANSWER QUICKLY BRAAAHS!
It doesn't matter what this dude thinks, it comes down to what you personally think of the game this bloke is just giving his opinion, don't take his word as gospel,
As I was playing this game, it just made me want to go back to UFC Undisputed 3. Sure, that game doesn't have the graphics like EA UFC's but the gameplay is just better. Plain and simple. I suggest to anybody looking for a great MMA game, just buy UFC Undisputed 3. I'm not saying EA UFC is a waste of money because it is a fairly decent game but UU3 is the MMA game everyone deserves.
The character models and animations are by far the best I have ever seen. But its clear they used all the rendering power on them as the background is VERY simple.
I don't normal watch UFC but I really like this game. I would say its a great balance between real and video game. The controls on the ground leave a lot to be desired but the collision detection is solid. The physical damage looks great and the moves are easy enough to learn. And considering the very nature of the game it is going to get repetitive in a hurry. I would rate it 7.5. It does have some really bizarre glitches that would have actually been really cool if they did commentary for them like in the fan made blooper video. And as a last note any issues with the frame rate should be forgivable for most people.
The only major thing the game lacks is extra game features. Such as events mode. DLC packs would be nice, more legends like Ken Shamrock, Matt Hughes, Matt Serra, ect.
The only thing I agree with in this review is that submissions do take a while and in sometimes that's the case in MMA but other times it takes only a couple of seconds
When I played this on Xbox one I was blown away and when on career mode I was a 73 rated and I was against a 85 submission expert tht definitely made me tremble with fear
Only thing I agree with is that career mode should be a lot better and the game does stutter in some matches. But The game captures UFC really well. Once you learn the controls, pick your spots in the fight and play on PRO the game is fun.
My problem isnt how much punishment you can take my problem is the fact at how unsatisfying the knock outs are they should look a little more powerful rather then the guy slowly falling to his back
What is the .8 about? It's not as if you did some mathematical calculations. Just round it up to 7
Lol
It's a 100 point scale.
hahahahhaha
A 7 would make it a "good" game in their system. He thought it was just okay it seems. Close to being good, but not good, just okay, hence the .8
Nah, these morons at IGN just want it to seem as if they work hard
IGN are too harsh on their reviews these days ...they look for the smallest issues and make them sound worse then they are
Review is fair, if you can't see that then you're a casual UFC fan. The game may look great but its a terrible representation of the sport
The game is trash. Don't be so butthurt.
Shitty gameplay is a pretty big fucking issue.
The guy who reviewed this game know jack shit about MMA
Spot on
Yeah he probably doesn't but neither do EA.. Stand ups from mount, crazy stuff that doesn't drain stamina like fake wrestling slams and cartwheel kicks
exactly
To be honest, most critics don't need to be experts to review a game. Ingenito is obviously a games journo, not an MMA specialist. Greg Miller reviewed UFC Undisputed 2010 and had to get someone else to learn the controls for him, at least he's not as bad as that.
Actually, for a game journalist, I was surprised how much he DID know. Kudos to him.
"Normally those hits would take down any person" DUDE!! This is a video game it wouldn't be fun if it were an instant knock out move, it's like playing a shooter where you die from one shot, some may be fine with it, but most won't like it
Instantaneous KOs are awesome, ever played Undisputed?
if they're making a game based off of a real sport with real fighters and make it seem realistic thats what people are going to want. If i didn't want it to feel like a real UFC fight id go play Mortal Kombat or Street Fighter and enjoy the arcade style fighting there.
Should it take 9 of those hits to win the match? That seems like pretty poor gameplay too...
datruegamer1 I'm not saying to flat screw all realism of the game, I'm just saying the reviewer needs to understand that their is a right median for a game in terms of realism in order for it to be the best video game it can be. I'm saying the game shouldn't be docked for stuff like that
you should be able to get an instant ko if u set it up.but he had alot of good points.it nowhere near a complete game but a good foundation for the next one.
looks amazing but the gameplay is mediocre compared to undisputed
How?
Things that happen in and after the ring. Wth is this supposed to mean?
Well ea ufc is the first installment and undisputed 3 was the third so ea ufc will only get better as it continues the franchise like undisputed did
Playing the demo, i think it's pretty good but still lots of room imrovement like when you stuff thier takedowns you only push then away instead of being able to transition into some ground grappling like you could do in other ufc games.
perfect mma game - ea ufc 3 plus grapichs of this game and little bit of physic
The only two problems I have with the game is that the fighter creation has barely any options at all and the career mode is just too linear. Seriously in UFC Undisputed 3 you could choose who you wanted to fight, what kind of training you wanted to do, and the creation was amazing.
6.8!? wtf, ok I saw the flaws, but didn't think they would throw it that low.
It has some areas that need improve not but 6.8 is bs
It has some fundamental flaws and limits. It's okay for a casual fans but anyone who knows the sport would be ashamed
IGN are just mad they did't get a early review copy, that's why it's scored low.
7 is not bad
bro ufc 3 was wayaywa better than this game i playd the beta and this doesnt feel, real at all, felt like i was playing a mortal combat game or something. i DID fkn 7 headkicks yeah 7 fkn headkicks and he didnt go down that sucks balls you cant even dodge anymore. it doesnt feel real it feels like alpha, they should have keept the same moves on uf3 when you cant block dogde proply,.,,,, but with better graphics THIS UFC EA GAME SUCKS BALLS
I want fight Night!!!
Fight Night Round 3 was the best
I know! Fight night with next gen graphics would be amazing!
fight night's great but the sales were dwindling with every release..
***** no boxing isn't dead its just not over commercialised shit like UFC
AGREED! Those games are really exciting and refined.
Yall childish for not uploading this the day the game came out.
it technicly came out the 20th
Companies dont like reviewers to realease their reviews on day one, because it usualy hurt the sales.
gunnar ólafsson technically for the rest of the world but I'm in the U.S 😄
gunnar ólafsson technically for the rest of the world but I'm in the U.S 😄
Thats what pissed me off i was waitin for this review
Anyone else think that this games graphics and character models are better than UFC 3 and 4 ? In my opinion UFC 4 all character bodies look very similar
I was just thinking this exactly. They look pretty great here actually.
I cringe every time I see Silva use his legs.
jesus ikr, i keep seeing that moment play over and over again in my mind
Hey Vaas.
Glad I'm not alone =)
If I see his legs I'll just break them, like I did with his ankles when I crossed him over. 😒
-Evil Durant
Yes yes evil Durant.
Since when is everyone a EA fanboy? The graphics are about the only thing going for this game.

Why does it feel like ur opponents strikes are stronger then urs even tho ur doing the same thing??
I wasn't really that into getting next generation but after playing this on my nephews ps4 I was blown away
INCOMING: People throwing bullshit at IGN because they give an average game an average(but positive) score.
Gah. Just want a new FIght Night. I enjoyed the demo for this, but too much rolling around on the floor for my liking.
Its MMA moron.

Is there a way to lock your guard or break your opponents posture? That's really necessary in a UFC game.
This game really isn't as good as everyone says it is. This is a fair rating.
Why is everyone bitching? They're completely right.
There are MANY flaws with this game, stupid fans are too blinded by the great graphics to see it.
The "Toothless aggression" era. 🤭😏
Any chance to come out on PC this year ?
so its true that flash ko's and flash subs were a lot more common inthe older ufc games?
So they are giving it a 6.8 because its is not a game for everyone??? God damn it IGN it is a fighting game fighting games are not for everyone some of them are pretty hard and I played the demo and the gameplay is fucking awesome (dont let me start on the graphics)there was not other way that EA could make this game better , I didnt expected 9/10 but at least an 8 this is why people hate your reviews you give reviews to people that are not even familiar to the game and give low scores to a lot of good games but instead you give 8.5,9/10 to a FPS that comes every year and its the same shit every year
Did you play the game? Its pretty bad.
This is easily the best sports game out right now. Just because it has a bit of a learning curve IGN decides to give it a shit review.
is there Simulation mode like THQ had with their UFC Game? i.e Attacks do more damage though your stamina takes a bigger toll from punches.
Are there sliders in this game to change the hit damage?
Do the Ring Girls have detail, you know what I mean...
The ring girls looked better in UFC 3.........
Guys, *stop whining about the decimal score system*. Just take 6.8 as 68 out of 100. Do you whine when you see a score of 56,74,88,92 etc on meta critic? No right?
Fcking hate band wagon.
Mike Messiah and the people who thinks the game deserves more hasn't played THQ's 2012 UFC Undisputed 3
Agreed, couldn't have said it better
+Mike Messiah UFC 3 had somewhat of a reason to be incomplete because of THQ's collapse. EA just can't ever do things right.
will the make one for the old generations like 360?
My big problems are only that the customization sucks for career mode, knockout punches dont always seem to really connect in replays, and the roster is small.
Had high hopes for this game. I was going to finally bite the bullet and buy a PS4 if this was a good game but multiple mediocre to bad reviews means I can hold off on the new gen of consoles.
I think the game deserves a better score but it's just opinion :/
True :)
Will this come on pc in near future?
How come gamespot dont run any 30 secs ad? But you guys run them on minute long ign news videos?
Fight night is where it's at
IGN a 6.5? really? SMH the game is nice....
6.8 is that though, is just nice, not great, specially compared to THQ´s undisputed series.
*****
like that makes a big difference.. why even bother commenting.. sheesh
It's a fair review, EA clearly don't understand the sport. there are some terrible design choices.
WWE slam that's never happened in MMA can be done with little stamina drain and every fighter has it
Same with flashy kicks
No simulation
Stand ups from mount and back mount
Everyone can sweep from guard to mount
Three game modes is a joke
Spamming the stand up button
Etc etc. you don't know much about the sport if that doesn't bother you
that's cool man WWE slam = suplex, which is a legit wrestling move. Here's a clip of Khabilov knocking out a guy with suplexes : /watch?v=nMlsjlVnpKs
I agree about the stamina drain though, doing a suplex irl kills your stamina.
My biggest complaint is the hits feel slowed down compared to a real fight and they don't feel meaty enough imo.
that's cool man What exactly do you mean no simulation? And do you know a better MMA game?
What was the name of the song at the end
What's the song when the verdict comes?
EA just make another Fight Night game
why can't people see what EA did? they were lazy, they used the very same engine from EA MMA
This or ufc 2? Really worth the extra quid?
Did anybody mention the input lag in the single player mode? How am I expected to dodge properly if the controls aren't responsive? I hope an update fixes this, but knowing EA it's not going to happen.
nice honest review ign
UFC needs to be made by 2K sports!
No, you don't want that, just look at WWE games; THQ were fantastic, everybody loved the WWE games they were producing, then 2K took over, as THQ went out of business, taking out loads of features.
Also, 2K's graphics aren't as good as EA's games.
+POSPAC To be fair Yukes made the THQ and EA games.
+POSPAC To be fair Yukes made the THQ and EA games.
they should do what they did with fight night round 3 and add a first person mode
This game is awesome. My friends and I play it so much.
And I have owned every UFC game.
This game runs at 30fps. That alone makes this game a 2/10. 30fps in 2014 is completely unacceptable. If you are ok with 30fps, you are a cancer to gaming.
What's up with fighters without sponsors?
So whats the beat starting at 4:05 ? :)
That score should be higher.
It's his opinion
+DrChaos777 but his opinion actually matters towards this game and a lot of people will skip this game for his opinion.
i wish all you thq fan boys would stop comparing this to ufc series it is a seperate developer who made it if you wanna compare it to anything compare it too eas mma games which were shit compared to this.. Nd before you say anything i loved the ufc undisputed series but that was thq not ea get over it
COPIED SKYRIM IN THE CONSEPT
It's better than UFC 4..
bro if UFC 4 doesn't feel like a stiff robot like ufc 2 then i think it will be ok
You have a nice night too!!!
Srephanie and vicki guerrero fight, Seth and Dean little fight. The MITB suitcase ladder match announcement. Not as good as it could've been.
Is this game still worth getting? Does anyone know when (if) the sequel comes out?
Ufc3 is the best one yet...
Just play tekken. This game is bad.
This is old UFC 2 is way better
I guess I'll check it out.

I wanna see the next one already cause this has lots of potential
Wanderlei Silva, Jeromme Le Banner,Mark Hunt - this is my style. Should i buy it? I enjoyed undisputed. Thanks for help
Its easier to train for real mma then to learn all the controls from this game
THE VIDEO AT THE END CLEARLY SHOWS THE KNEES KNOCKOUT U OUT WTF LOL
We need news on the next Gen fight night
Who else thought of Chris Benoit when it said toothless aggresion
I want a next gen port of Fight Night Champion. That game was flawless (to me).
It sounds like this game has balancing issues from this review....
cant that be addressed in patches? 6.8 seems kinda low
It doesn't matter what this dude thinks, it comes down to what you personally think of the game this bloke is just giving his opinion, don't take his word as gospel,
Is this for the PC?
Still waiting for Fight Night Round 5/Champion 2....
EA has something in common with hospices. A hospice is a place where people go to die and EA is a place where games go to die.
Damn it’s been 7 years?
9 now 😢
Man a wrestling game with these kind of graphics would be amazing
The only thing I agree with in this review is that submissions do take a while and in sometimes that's the case in MMA but other times it takes only a couple of seconds
I wanna know if you can use female fighters in Career mode?
so he wants balancing completely removed?
When I played this on Xbox one I was blown away and when on career mode I was a 73 rated and I was against a 85 submission expert tht definitely made me tremble with fear
Only thing I agree with is that career mode should be a lot better and the game does stutter in some matches. But The game captures UFC really well. Once you learn the controls, pick your spots in the fight and play on PRO the game is fun.
So the problem with the game is that there is too much health in the health bar?
My problem isnt how much punishment you can take my problem is the fact at how unsatisfying the knock outs are they should look a little more powerful rather then the guy slowly falling to his back
This is the most honest ign review I've seen ever
is this game worth buying for playing split screen with friends ?
+Jamie Mccormick it is. its an awesome game if you have the patience to learn it.
IGN doesn't know jack about MMA
I like this game I just expected more. I wish the controls were more like the EA MMA games
