    This coaching style is much easier for a dude. Not as forgiving for a female coach, which may sound lame, but it is the reality. Parents and players are much more critical of tough love from female coaches and language that borders inappropriate- just my opinion (ie, “Tails, asses and butts” not entirely well appreciated by players/parents). I don’t disagree with the strategy, its just a trickier execution.
