Thank you for the info. Planning on getting a spot in Dominicus soon. FYI, population of Bayahibe js about 6k. Punta Cana is almost 140k. Density could be about the same but the pop is much bigger in Punta Cana
@@TheHouseOfRonin you are correct on the population numbers but as for new units being built per the population’s percentage. Thanks for your comments and watching and best wishes on your future endeavors!!
@@investmedia8603 I don’t know the numbers of what the units are going to cost but it looks like a good location for a vacation rental. I’m not sure if the beach area is nice and smooth or rocky. I plan to get more details on it within the next few months.
@@coconutjo9780 I bought a penthouse 4th and 5th floor facing water 212k. They already roomed all big rocks in water. going to have 7 pools and a beach club. Should be hot. That area is very popular and exclusive there’s no more room on beach really the road ends it’s gas over there. Every year the prices at the Wyndham Dominicus go up it’s definitely a vibe here
@@coconutjo9780 the beach is nice and smooth and they excavation the rocks in the water so it’s nice and clear there’s gonna be like seven or so big pools with a beach club and a hotel style check in for Airbnb we got third building so it’s the second one in line with the water view penthouse fourth and fifth floor 212,000 and it’s a really good construction company building it. The owner of the project owns air Europa he owns the project next-door to it’s going to be super exclusive in that area because they can only build so much once you get down a little more there’s gas over there there’s no excavation allowed so I really think the scare city should drive the prices up the past three years the viva Winham prices have skyrocket tremendously.
@@lylerobinson3515 fortunately the bites don’t affect me much but they do affect my pretty bad. We try to avoid them mostly because we know the really bad areas where they normally are. We are still trying to find a good solution. A local suggested OFF this particular day. Thanks for watching and for your comments!
