As Bob Marley remarked, “If you know your history then you will know where you’re coming from”. May I contribute something from my own life that perhaps is of value … that is the importance of maintaining or cultivating a sense of open presence … the opposite of zeroing in upon a certain concept, dogma, approach or ism … keeping an open mind. It has always struck me how in the eastern traditions “the mind” is almost always associated with the heart. Thank you Emmy, Jeff and Alex. (How I would love to hear Alex in conversation with Paul Werbos). As you touched upon Alex I also think there would be great value in developing a public dialogue between scientists and artists/poets etc🤞All the best to you all.

perhaps the mind 'modulates' the 'intrinsic spirits' to become the 'soul' or living things.and when the mind is stop then the soul will be back to spirit form..
during nde when brain as mind in physical form stop then the soul in spirit form is still functioning in the other realm and the event that happened during nde will be brought back to the mind when it back to normal or back to live..

Terrific! Grounding, and provoking in terms of inspiring us to ponder various subjects through an ever-widening lens. So deeply appreciative of the synergistic intentions/efforts of Jeffrey and Emmy to continually spotlight those of depth, creativity and paradigm-shifting perspectives. Big thank you! Blessings

Experiments have shown that memories are not stored only in the brain, since the immortal flatworm planeria (composed of 20% stem cells) demonstrate the ability to retain trained behavior after decapitation and given the time to regrow new heads.
Under general anesthesia, Planaria also temporarily lose the memory of how to regrow their heads, sometimes regrowing the head of other species.

Alex, I have found my way back to science through the tangible studies of (PUM) Plasmoid Unification Model and the new/old interpretations of Vortex Based Maths…my intuition says these were hidden because we can ALL understand them from birth.🤔😉✌🏼

@@PerceptionsToday you are very welcome! It is all very, very interesting…Malcom Bendall is the PUM and Marko Rodin (last name maybe spelled wrong) he does the Vortex Based Maths…all like Sandskrit Sudoku imo…possibly a way out of this “binary” predicament we are in.
      Have a wonderful day!😉✌🏼🤙🏼😊

It's interesting that Christof Koch's philosophical stance is "sounding" more idealistic than panpsychist, a sign that a shift in worldview is on the horizon. The careers today of many established scientists and their legacies depend upon maintaining the status quo, a materialistic worldview.
As Christof noted in his 2020 book, The Feeling of Life Itself: "... over the past century the scientific perspective on consciousness has undergone a curious inversion: consciousness has been evicted from the tip of the processing pyramid and migrated downward."

Regarding blind spots in consciousness research: If consciousness exists beyond the confines of the body (space) and beyond time, how can we perceive and measure the realm(dimension?) where consciousness exists?

Like that, those are the kind of questions I know many ask from people experiencing medical problems to cosmology etc. The journey may be long with never finding the true answer but the friends plus knowledge along the way is always amazing.

Hey shout out to Dr Mishlove and all of your volunteers wanted to use a few seconds to respond here boost the algorithm and really got to the point where I just wanted to make a comment about Alex first congratulations again Dr Mishlove on your work in getting a curriculum in a university I think it is so exciting it sounds like you're getting very close I think this gentleman being a part of it is great the whole thing sounds so cool and so exciting congratulations about Alex there's a couple things about this gentleman that are really encouraging his character shows a beautiful Defiance of conditioning and an ability to observe without construct or judgment, as it's often referred to. His capacity for reading is off the charts without knowing this gentleman just watching this video and a couple other ones, I think that of all the humans I've watched on video, this one I don't know how he reads as much as he does does he never sleep must just be a very fast frequency. I think most of all what I really liked about his character is he's a beautiful example of how strict architecture is the foundation laid for the allowing of spontaneous occasions not expected; by such strict structure or any structure for that matter, he shows or is a very good example of how important it is to have the strict structure in order to recognize the anomalies the unusual that which would grow out of the structure that is new to the structure that is perhaps an evolution to the structure that is unknown to the structure and therefore the foundation of the strict structure becomes a live existence which grows spontaneous unknown I think this human`s character is a perfect example of this. He is very good at keeping the strict structure in line but allowing for all the spontaneity not only allowing but realizing its existence and searching looking watching being aware of or conscious of spontaneity on the foundation of structure. Another comment I wanted to make concerning him directly which is there is a very deep quandary still today of which comes first, that which was imagined or seen, or that which has come into existence. Watching Alex I see also a very good example of how it is very probable that any existence that forms in the third dimension or any Dimension comes out of Imaging or imagining and therefore allowing the spontaneity on the strict foundation, allows the Imaging to run free. It may very well be that all that we consider in to be realities are the growth, a living of an original image this would mean without allowing for unknown probabilities Imaging like what was produced by Einstein would never occur. This concept would also realize that subjective realities must accept that the fairies children play with are entirely subjective that doesn't make them less real!than an objective third-dimensional insect! The subjective fairy imagined by the child playing is as real as the third dimensional insect just in a different form. For r some reason this concept has been very difficult for the articulate learning educated I like to say white man concept, the conditioning of the subjective imagery not being real should have never become a concept. It takes a lot of defiance of conditioning to realize this. Alex is a very good example of the beautiful balance between objective and subjective they're both real! people! just in a different form! What is so difficult about that concept! A lot of what makes Alex unusual and alone like so many of us in what he is, is this simple misnomer that objective perception is the only reality and that subjective perception isn't real what?! Simple logic dictates this is entirely wrong. Learn that subjective is as real as objective, it's just a different form. It occurs to me if the logistics of this, these two forms cannot be a reality for the perceiver, then all the other existing forms will never be realities for that perceiver either! thank you very very very very very much I really enjoyed meeting Alex a picture of Hope I really look forward to learning more from this gentleman❤GEM❤

For our regular videos (not Live Stream Events) the subtitles in 7 different languages are generally added prior to public release. RUclips also offers subtitles in various languages, but probably not as accurate as the ones we prepare.
